Once they were best friends. Now they’re from two different worlds.

Zoe Bellini’s world exploded the second she kissed her best friend…and not in a good way. Every teen dream came crashing down when Padric was whisked away from Alaska, and her luck hasn’t improved in the last fifteen years. In fact, the pizza shop owner’s terrible track record with men has become a local legend. She doesn’t expect it to change when Padric—now a world-famous rock star—sails back into town. It’s not like they can just pick up where they left off…but her traitorous body sure wants to try.

Padric Jeffers never expected to return to his hometown of Lost Harbor, Alaska—not after the scandal that sent his family fleeing. But a mysterious letter with a warning about his childhood friend Zoe? That has him postponing his tour and hopping on the next flight north. Zoe’s been on his mind and in his lyrics since he left her behind, and once he sets eyes on the stunning grown-up version of his best friend, his mission is clear: do whatever it takes to have her—and keep her—this time around. Easier said than done, since not everyone in town is excited about Padric’s return. And someone will do anything it takes to get rid of him. Can a pizza maker and a rock star overcome their history—not to mention scandals, angsty fans and unexpected danger—and find their way back to love?

A standalone novel in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series.

I am on love with this new little town of Lost Harbor, Alaska. Padric and Zoe were best friends on the brink of coming so much more when a scandal changed their lives. Padric left this little town and now has returned 15 years later. Zoe stayed and owns the local pizza joint, with a few failed relationships in her past. They now have a second chance for their relationship. This story promises to bring you laughter, plenty of romance and a few tears will be shed. I loved these characters, such great chemistry. Zoe's twin sisters were such a hoot! Great to catch up with previous characters. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Each book is a stand alone.

Lost Harbor, Alaska, is a place where strange things happen. Such is the case when Padric Jeffers, now rock star god, returns home after being whisked away from his best friend fifteen years earlier. Now, all grown up, he and Zoe will realize that sometimes your first love is your last love and putting yourself out there is the greatest reward. This novel is perfect for fans of Alaska, second chance romance, pizza, music, and taking risks. Take a risk on Bernard, you won’t be disappointed. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this novel.

Zoe Bellini and Padric Jeffers were best friends in high school. On the verge of something else, their world and relationship collapsed around one scandal, leaving Zoe alone in Lost Harbor dealing with the fallout. Fifteen years later, Zoe has taken over the family business, but has had horrible luck in relationships. She’s more than shocked to see Padric at the helm of the boat entering the harbor, especially since her old friend is now a famous rock star. Why would he come back to Lost Harbor after so much time with not a word? Padric has finally come home, and he can’t stay away from Zoe, despite the fact that he never contacted her after he left. As these two rekindle their friendship, can they take their second chance at a deeper relationship? Or are they doomed to the bad luck that separated them originally? Can they overcome Zoe’s mother’s anger toward anyone with the Jeffers last name? Not only that, who is out to hurt Padric? Jennifer Bernard has done it again. This is the second novel in the series set in the small picturesque town of Lost Harbor, Alaska. The town is full of interesting characters, and Zoe and Padric are wonderful together. Two people who have always been in sync, something that time didn’t change. They are well-developed characters that have depth and flaws. The secondary characters, including Zoe’s family, add another layer to the story. This is a standalone novel in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series and, as with Bernard’s other novels, it shouldn’t be missed. Her storylines and characters are well-developed and will keep you engrossed, running the gamut of emotions from laughter to tears. It seems every new book of Bernard’s becomes my favorite. #YoursSinceYesterday #LostHarborAlaska #JenniferBernard

Yours Since Yesterday by Jennifer Bernard is the second in her new Lost Harbor series and another winner. Zoe and Padric start as friends years ago, are separated, and then of course meet again and fall in love. The story grabs you right from the beginning of the book and keeps you turning the pages. I highly recommend this book. Even though it can be read as a standalone, I enjoy reading series in order. Pick it up today. You will not be disappointed.

Yours Since Yesterday is the second book in Jennifer Bernard’s Lost Harbor series. Zoe and Padric were best friends growing up with their lives ahead of them. Then, their worlds implode with a phone call. Fifteen years later, Padric returns to Lost Harbor because of a mysterious letter. He hasn’t forgotten Zoe and she hasn’t forgotten him. Once they find their way back to one another, they learn to deal with the impact from the phone call that still lingers, face her mother’s wrath and well as an unknown that puts their lives in jeopardy. If you love reading second chance romances, Yours Since Yesterday is the perfect read. It’s filled with mystery, angst and romance. I love reading anything by Ms. Bernard. Her books capture me from the outset. I highly recommend reading Yours Since Yesterday, and I look forward to reading the next book in the series. I received an advance copy and chose to read Yours Since Yesterday. This is my honest opinion.

WOW!! I loved, loved, loved Zoe and Padric’s second chance love story in Yours Since Yesterday by Jennifer Bernard, book two in her Lost Harbor, Alaska series. When Padric mysterious reappears in Lost Harbor, Zoe is blown away. She can’t imagine that her one-time best friend would remember her let alone return to see her. In fact, since he left fifteen years ago, Zoe has had the worse track record possible when it can to men and romance. After receiving a mysterious letter concerning the well-being of his childhood/teen friend Zoe, rock star Padric finds himself postponing his tour and hopping on the next flight north. Zoe’s been on his mind and in his lyrics since he left her behind and once he sets eyes on the stunning grown-up version of his best friend, he knows he must do whatever it takes to have her, keep her and make her his this time around. Not everyone in town is excited about Padric’s return since it brings back memories of The Scandal and has someone doing their best to get rid of him. With all of the memories, crazy angsty fans, unexpected danger, and the family demands on Zoe, these two will still try to find their way back to loving each other. Ms. Bernard wrote an amazing, visual, sexy and magical escape that is not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with sexual chemistry, amusing banter, and endearing characters giving Zoe Padric a chance at forever love. I highly recommend Yours Since Yesterday to other readers and can’t wait for the next story in this series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Oh what a steamy and touching story about a second chance to connect with a friend turned true love. Family circumstances got in the way of Zoe and Padric's friendship and blossoming young love and 15 years later fate (or a trick) has brought them back together again. Things weren't easy for these two to find their way back to each other, but True Love is never easy. I loved the challenges Zoe's quirky family threw at the couple and the humor and heat that is always present in Bernard's books. Looking forward to the next story in the series.

Yours Since Yesterday is the second in the new Lost Harbor, Alaska series by Jennifer Bernard. I really enjoyed the first book and the second book was just as wonderful. I enjoy reading about Alaska; all the details that I think come from the author living in Alaska. The town of Lost Harbor is the type of small town where a lot of us wish we could live. The characters come to life with the author’s colorful descriptions. In this book, childhood friends, Zoe and Padric, are reunited after fifteen years apart. We met Zoe in Mine Until Moonrise. The reunion is instigated by Zoe’s mischievous twin sisters, who are a hoot. I can’t wait to read their stories. Zoe’s character is fun and easy to love. Padric, however, seems to be two different people. The Padric from Zoe’s point of view is sweet and sensitive. Most of the time in the book, Padric is just what he frequently describes himself as, among more graphic terms, a diva rock star. I just did not like Padric much until the very end of the book. The title of this book is the best part of the story and kudos to Jennifer Bernard for coming up with this clever title. This reunion story has its ups and downs as any reunion story should. I definitely recommend Yours Since Yesterday and cannot wait until Lost Harbor, Alaska Book 3.

Let me first say this is a standalone story however it is a book two in a series. I always enjoy reading about past characters but this book can be read on its own. Oh boy. And what a story it is! Zoe Bellini has a wonderfully, complicated family. I won’t go into too much detail as the author, Ms. Bernard, does a much better job of telling this story. However, Zoe has a friend named Padric Jeffers, from when they were wee ones, but they are torn apart when they are 15 years old. And let me just say, whoa. Padric returns to Lost Harbor and what he finds there is not what he remembers. For one thing, Zoe is…gorgeous! And he and Zoe try to fight their mutual attraction and that’s what makes a great story. I could identify with Zoe’s familial responsibilities – her twin sisters are a hoot! Of course, if I had to help raise them, I might feel differently… Her mother is, well, difficult would be a good description. She has valid reasons to feeling the way she does however commandeering is a good word for her personality. And Zoe tries to take care of everyone. Zoe’s and Padric’s passion flares hawt and they make a great couple. This is my simple explanation for a story that has fun and snark-fighting and crazy families and a bit of intrigue, but most of all, an HEA that can’t be beat. Looking forward to the next story in this series!

Yours Since Yesterday has it all going on...friends to lovers, second chance romance, a bit of mystery and danger, as well as...Scandal! And yes, it should be capitalized! Zoe and Padric were best friends that could have led to more if his family hadn’t left Lost Harbor 15 years ago. He’s back, thanks to a bit of subterfuge, but can he and Zoe rekindle that friendship...and spark a romance. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this book! Zoe is spunky yet totally vulnerable, her twin sisters are both terrors and possible world leaders, Padric is sweet and sensitive, and the town full of interesting characters. I’ve read other books and have never has an interest in visiting Alaska. Frankly, my home state is cold enough in the winter! But Bernard’s description writing make me want to hike through the forest (so not a hiker) and take a boat ride along the harbor and out into the open ocean. Just don’t tell my husband...he’ll be booking the trip asap! Great characters, fantastic storyline and wonderful writing make Yours Since Yesterday a 5 star read!

Ok I Love this story Zoe & Padric where best friends then "The Scandal" tore them apart now 15 yrs later a couple of meddling teens, A bit of danger and a lot of attraction and this story grabs you from page one! There is something for everyone in this book. I love the way Jennifer makes a story come alive, Zoe & Padric had a wonderful friendship that got torn from them. They work to find their way and see if there is a way back to what they had if not more. Come join the ride you'll be glad you did.

I loved this book! Padric and Zoe are colorful characters who were best friends in their teens and might have become lovers if not for a shocking scandal that tore both families apart in one awful afternoon. I love the small town feel of this book and thanks to the detailed descriptions of the ecology and topography of Lost Harbor and the delightful reoccurring characters we got to know in the first book, I felt right at home. Padric is a famous musician who has traveled the world while Zoe has given up her art because the needs of her family were always more urgent than her dreams. Unfortunately, not everyone in town is happy with Padric’s success and as hard as they try it seems like Zoe’s family obligations are going to come between them again. You’ll have to read the book to find out what happens!

This was a wonderful second time around romance. Padric and Zoe were teenage best friends before a scandal rocked that friendship. Even though they weren’t involved in the scandal it basically ruined their friendship. Until Padric came back. After seeing each other for the first time in 15 yrs, Padric and Zoe both realized what they were missing. Friendship but also that connection that they felt with each other and no one else. Even though they both looked. When Padric and Zoe finally got together it was super HOT and I must say Padric surprised in me- in a very, very good way! I loved these two as a couple and yet the scandal that sent them apart still hung in the air around them. I loved Zoe’s younger twin sisters, Monica and Alexis. They were hilarious and a handful for Zoe. I loved all the secondary characters- Nate, Maya, Ethan, Theo. Can’t wait for more books in this series.

This is second book in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series and what a fantastic read it was. Zoe and Padric were best friends and decide to kiss. What happened next is terrible, with Padric and his family moving away. I won’t tell you why they moved though, lol. You’ll have read the book. Fifteen years pass and Padric returns. Why? Wait until you find out what Zoe’s twin sisters, Monica and Alexis did, lol. This is hilarious and so creative. Zoe not happy to see Padric at all, but we know she’ll come around. I loved reading what happens before and after they get together. Jennifer Bernard has quickly become one of my favorite authors and I absolutely love this series. If you love small towns, second chance romance, family, laughing out loud, love, sexy times, and/or suspense, then you need to grab this book and get ready to fall in love with these characters. I received an advance reader copy of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.

This book mixes everything women love but can also be read by men. This book has you rooting for a second chance romance and adds some mystery in the mix. I could not put this book down and cannot wait for the next one! Another nice thing about this book is that you can read it as a standalone, BUT you will want to read the first book and get more of a feel for this beautiful Alaska town!

This is why second chance romances are one of my very favorite tropes! Padric and Zoe's love story is absolutely wonderful and chock full of everything a romance book should have; it is sweet, charming, funny, sexy and emotional. Jenny Bernard never fails me with her incredible words and stories and this series also has the beautiful setting of Alaska to go with it. Zoe and Padric were best friends who as young teens decided to see what would happen if they kissed, and let me tell you they could never have predicted what actually did happen. Many years of separation follow until one day Padric, who is now a famous singer, finds his way back to Lost Harbor. Zoe, who has never left and has had bad luck with relationships ever since, is not as happy to see Padric as he is to see her. After all, he went back there for her. What happens after that is simply magical. I absolutely adore Padric and Zoe, their transforming relationship and everything about their story. This is a such a fantastic series!!!!

Yours Since Yesterday blends romance with a touch of mystery and suspense. You will be enthralled with Padric and Zoe's story until the very end not only because you will wonder if their love really has a chance of surviving, but also if they themselves make it through reconnecting unscathed. There is little doubt throughout the story that Padric and Zoe get along as friends. Their friendship status is what has held strong throughout the years they were apart, but a relationship beyond friendship doesn't blossom without compromise. This is where both Padric and Zoe find trouble in their newly found path. While Padric is an international rock star, with tour schedules, an entourage, fans, etc... Zoe is the local pizza star bringing joy by filling any and everyone's stomach with fantastic pizza. Her business is so busy she hardly has time to rest, that doesn't exactly allow time to follow a rock star around on his tour. This is just one of the problems between this amazing, but headstrong couple. The biggest one of all isn't even their burden to bear, it just belongs to their surnames. A scandal created by their parents that people still whisper about years later. So as much as they try to get over each hurdle in their past and just go for living in the present they both worry that they will not have a future beyond Padric's visit to Lost Harbor. Yours Since Yesterday is a lovely read filled with the perfect mix of romance, steamy chemistry, and suspense.
