Donna Rae James holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University; she is a Board Certified Biblical Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is an Ordained and Licensed Chaplain through Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International and an Ordained Minister with Richard Boen Ministries. She is a retired educator.
