My daughter received a casserole cook book for Christmas and after reading some of the complicated recipes with too many ingredients, I knew I had to find her a GOOD casserole cook book. They are much more difficult to find than you would think. But after much searching, I decided on this one. Most of the recipes use ingredients we have on hand instead of things I have never seen, much less have in my cupboards. The recipes are not overly elaborate but they are good. Most of these recipes are easy to prepare and family friendly. This book is a good reference for some wonderful dishes.
