    Fabulous cookbook

This book has some incredibly delicious recipes, with wonderful variations. The format is excellent, and the recipes are written correctly. My favorite soup in the book is Gumbo z'Herbs; it tastes just like New Orleans. You'll love it.

    Pretty pictures but...

OK, I'm very big on cookbooks having pictures and this book does, lots of them and 80% of the soups appeal to me. HOWEVER, the order of directions of how you're supposed to cook the soup are NOT IN ORDER! Most cookbooks have a list, in order of what you're supposed to do. This book does not. Click on the preview thingy and you'll see what I'm saying...
