Oh! How do I review this without giving away spoilers? I don't know, but I'm going to do my best. So a lot of this review is going to be the emotions I felt while reading. You get more of a glimpse into Chelsea in this part of the story. I could tell in Remembrance how betrayed she felt and this story made that even more clear. She flet immensly betrayed and really, you can't blame her too mcuh for that can you? She also doesn't know about Lizzie and Drew's past lives. The possibility of Chelsea having shared a past life with them is brought up in this story (I had a feeling this was the case while reading Remembrance.) I can't reveal to you whether or not she believes it or sees anything from her past life (you'll have to read it yourself to find out.) Though we do get more insight into Chelsea there were a couple of things she did or thought that just seemed so superficial. And then, what she decides to do at the end of the story I just wanted to scream at her through the pages of the book "No! You don't know the whole story! You don't know what you're doing! STOP! DON'T!" I wonder, if she knew the whole story, would she still have done it? A great set up to the final part in the Transcend Time Saga. I hope everything works out for everyone involved. I give Vengeance 4 stars as well! Now off to read more of Timeless!

Great bridge between Remembrance and Timeless. If you thought the first part of this sage was short well then get ready because this part is even shorter. This book is pretty much takes place after the first book ends but instead of it being from Lizzie’s point of view like the first one you are seeing what happens with Chelsea after everything happens in the end of Remembrance. However, as much as I dislike Chelsea I do like the turn that this part of the book takes. It has just enough build that it keeps you wanting and guessing. Honestly, after getting through the first few pages I knew what was going to happen. However, I like how Michelle builds the suspense and how she unfolds everything for you. This book has made me even more excited for the release of Timeless and I can’t help but hope that everything works out for everyone. However, if it doesn’t I still think Michelle will leave us with something amazing. Happy Reading!

Vengeance was a great follow up to Remembrance. I was kind of surprised when Remembrance did not end with a huge cliff hanger that had me desperate to find out what happened next. That was definitely addressed in Vengeance! The book is from Chelsea, Lizzie’s (ex) best friend’s point of view. The premise of the story is how Chelsea’s anger over losing Drew to Lizzie become all consuming. Chelsea is unable to forgive Lizzie after Drew left her to be with her best friend. I feel sympathetic for Chelsea because it is an awful position to be in, I would feel angry and betrayed as well, but knowing Lizzie and Drew’s past I can’t help that a huge part of me is just screaming just get over it after everything they have been through they deserve to be together!! Shannon works off of Chelsea’s anger and need for vengeance by bringing her to meet her aunt who is a psychic. The psychic reveals Drew, Chelsea, and Lizzie’s intertwining pasts, and reveals a different and happier ending for Chelsea. With this information and the help of the psychic Chelsea employs the use of magic to change events and puts another obstacle preventing Lizzie and Drew’s happiness together. The end of Vengeance definitely alleviated my prior angst over no cliff hanger at the end of Remembrance, now I am more eager than ever to find out what happens next, and desperately hoping that Lizzie and Drew will finally get their happy ending.

I liked that this book was short. It felt like a sneak peak into the third and final book of the saga. It was Lizzie's story in the first book, and this book gave us her ex-best friend Chelsea's perspective. I was pretty frustrated with Chelsea's reaction at the end of Remembrance, but this book helped me understand where she was coming from. Chelsea had conflicting emotions throughout Vengeance. My heart ached for Chelsea and the misunderstandings going on between her and Lizzie. A boy is no reason to throw away a longtime friendship! I'm really curious to see how things play out in book three. If you've read Remembrance you need to read this book. If you haven't read Remembrance. . . you're missing out! Go read it right now! You'll love it.

If you haven't read Remembrance yet, I recommend you read it before reading further. Vengeance is a short story told from Chelsea's point of view. I knew she felt betrayed, but now I know just how mad she is. Most of the time I don't think about the point of views of other characters in a love triangle as long as the couple I want together ends up together, but it was interesting to see things from her point of view. Things are about to get serious again! Vengeance was a super quick read and has pumped me up even more to read Timeless. Vengeance by Michelle Madow was provided to me by the author for review. The opinions are my own

I was excited to start reading Vengeance, because this time, it was from Charlotte's point of view. Vengeance is a short story, (as you can see above, its only 64 pages). This is probably going to be a very short review, because it is a very short book. It was mostly based on Charlotte, and I didn't get to see much of Lizzie. I really enjoyed reading those 64 pages, because it was exciting to know how Charlotte felt about the whole idea of Lizzie and Drew dating. Reading this has actually got me all excited into knowing what's going to happen in the next book. Michelle's writing is really nice. It's not complicated, and it has a very nice flow to it. "Vengeance" was very interesting, and had a very unexpected twist to it, which totally heated things up! If you've read the first book of the series, "Remembrance", then you'll enjoy this short story.

Originally posted at My Cute Bookshelf. Vengeance is a short novella that ties Remembrance to the next book in the Transcend Time series. In this novella, we get to see Chelsea¿s point of view instead of Lizzie¿s. Chelsea discovers the truth about her past life and Drew¿s, and decides to take matters into her own hands to make sure she ends up with him. This novella was a great read. First off, I think it is necessary to read Vengeance as it not only shows Chelsea¿s point of view, but some events that will probably not be shown in the next book and that are necessary to know what¿s going on. This was a fast-paced story and I enjoyed it for its content. I found the whole reincarnation thing interesting and different from the previous book. Chelsea did not have a hunch like Lizzie had. I guess, in a way, she did not feel such a big connection to Drew. That does not mean she doesn¿t care for him. She obviously does, but it feels a bit superficial at times. Her reasons for being with him are not the best, in my opinion. We also see other characters like Shannon and her great-aunt, but the focus of the story is definitely Chelsea. I could relate better to Chelsea in Vengeance. In a way, I felt really bad for her. She revealed her past with Lizzie and I felt like she was very unlucky. I could see how she resented Lizzie. However, I still don¿t like Chelsea too much. I find that she is too superficial and only thinks about herself. If I were in her situation, I would think of those around me and their wishes. However, I did like reading about the reaction to the whole deal with Drew. It reminded me of when I was in high school and a similar thing happened. I felt like that was realistic because I could relate to it. Of course, I still don¿t approve of Chelsea¿s ways. I hope she realizes the damage she does because not only does it affect others around her, but herself as well. Vengeance is a great addition to the Transcend Time series. If you want to get to know Chelsea better, this book does a perfect job. It is a must read for any Remembrance fan. Now I¿m anxiously awaiting the final book in the series!

Vengeance by Michelle Madow ¿¿¿¿¿ Vengeance is a short story that is the next installment in the Transcended Time Saga. Chelsea had her heart broken by Drew, the guy she loved and her best friend, Lizzie. She desperately wanted Drew back but at the same time desired revenge. Since she had nothing to lose she made a new friendship with Shannon since Lizzie was her only close friend. Shannon¿s aunt had told her that someone at her school would experience what Chelsea just did. The aunt told her to bring that person to her. She told Chelsea that she had a past life. Chelsea thought she was crazy until she saw some of the images from the past in her head. She wasn¿t sure what to believe especially because of how crazy it sounded. Chelsea had to decide whether to believe what the aunt had told her and accept the help she had offered or seek revenge on her own. I devoured this short story in one sitting. When I turned the last page, I couldn¿t believe it was over. It left me wanting more. It was a great story but I hate that it was so short. That could be why I don¿t read short stories very much because they are over too fast. Michelle Madow had me enchanted again with her stunning story. Her words flowed beautifully on the pages, painting a vivid image of every scene. It gave me a feeling of being right there in the story. I liked that she wrote this one in Chelsea¿s point of view so you could see what she was feeling and how Drew being with Lizzie affected her. I enjoy seeing other perspectives and getting to know other important characters on a deeper level. I get to know the characters better that way, which also makes them seem more real. I loved this short story and will be highly anticipating the next book in the series. -Christie @Christie's Book Reviews

Story was short, not well developed. Did not tell you much of anything new. Leaves you waiting for more and yet probably will not bother to continue because this portion went downhill from original.
