Lazarus in St. Petersburg

Lazarus chose his name after surviving the Black Plague. He discovered he could sense the immediate futures of those around him and set up shop as a healer in 1879 St. Petersburg. His charmed life got upended with the introduction of a peculiar boy apprentice whose fate he could not read.
