The 10 Day Sugar Detox book is an easy to follow well put together book. It is so many useful tips and information to help you cut sugar  out of your diet. I was amazed at how detailed the menu plan was, and that it was foods I'd actually heard of and would love to eat. Step by step instructions is exactly what a person like me needs to be successful in a detox like this. Hands down one of the best books about cutting sugar out of your diet!

What a great resource for detoxing your body from the most powerful thing, sugar. While I failed at my detox, I plan on trying this again using this book. With the yummy recipe's and the details on how, when, why, and all of that,  It is really easy to understand and really easy to use. I do plan on trying to detox again so that I can get some of my medical issues under control before I get sicker.

This is a great 10 day sugar detox book.  Very easy to read and follow.  It has great pictures as well.  This book is very informative and thorough about the different types and the names of sugars and how your body metabolizes them.   This book has 4 different detoxes with 10 day meal plans and recipes.  I cannot wait to  try them all.  This book will be a great jump start on your journey to a healthier lifestyle and a healthier you. You will learn how to eliminate refined sugars from your diet in a way that you will not even miss the sugar. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially to people such as myself with diabetes.   Get ready to say  goodbye to your sugar cravings.   Shawnad716

The 10 Day Sugar Detox explains the negative effects of sugar on your body. The intro clues you in on just how much sugar goes into the typical diet. Then the book briefly goes over the 4 detoxes to rid your body of sugar--some more than others. They tell you upfront how difficult it will probably be--both on your body and your pocketbook. Quite frankly, it is very intimidating. And even the least restrictive of the detoxes are pretty restrictive. The author does mention that 10 days is much shorter than 21 days, or 8 weeks as some other detoxes are. But this is pretty much a "cold-turkey" approach, rather than a gradual,weaning type diet. I don't doubt you will get great health benefits if you can manage it, but I will say you need to be very, very motivated and focused to keep it up. I received a free copy of this book for my honest, unbiased review.

Reading this book has helped me to better understand more about how sugar affects my body. I learn the effects can cause things from heart disease to anxiety and even depression. I never paid attention to how many hidden sugars were in foods that we consume daily. The list of alternate names for sugars provided in this book is a great resource and really opened my eyes. I was really amazed that there were so many names sugars go by. This is a great book, for those looking to make a a lifestyle change.

This book could be very helpful if you are willing to commit at least for the 10 days .the menu is very complete .But for me I dont know if I can make such a big change from what I am doing know .There are 4 different detox diets listed So you will probably find what works for you . It was interesting to read about sugar. I really didnt know that much about it and how harmful it can be

I never knew how many different names that sugar could go by until reading this book. It is truly amazing how many of these are hiding in our everyday foods. I have learned the affects that sugar has on my body and am now taking steps to reduce and cut out the sugars that I have been consuming. It is no easy task, but with the help of this book I am getting there. The recipes are surprisingly great and even my children are on board...they love the chocolate mousse!

The 10-Day Sugar Detox book is a very interesting and easy to understand book. It explains how to prepare for the lifestyle changes. The book tells you about 4 different meal plans to read through and see which one will fits you best. At the end of the book it gives you many simple recipes to try to keep sugar out of your body. Great book for someone trying to keep sugar out of their diet.

I have never felt better! I'm going to start all over again and eat this way all the time. The recipes were sooo good and easy to do, and find the ingredients. I stuck with it and the days went by fast.

This is an excellent book it is amazing how there are so many hidden sugars in our everyday food. The next time I go grocery shopping I will be taking this book so I can check my foods better. I love the recipes that they have for meals and desserts.

I thought this was a very helpful book. My husband and I were searching for a book to help us lose weight and this worked wonders. We were amazed to find out the many foods that had hidden sugar! We loved the recipes - they were delicious. It takes commitment but we picked a detox plan that worked well for us and we have both lost weight. I would definitely recommend this sugar detox book!

Wonderful book which tells you a lot about detox in a healthy manner.. I was baffled to know that there are so many ways in which sugar can harm the body and how sugar  is included in almost all the food stuff which is already made or packed. 10 day Sugar Detox book is filled  with easy and delicious recipes to help you on your detox quest. following the meal plan in this book is easy and beneficial..I loved this book which is till date helping me to lead a healthy life.

The thought of giving up sugar is pretty scary, I have a massive sweet tooth but I know my health is more important. I figured I could get through 10 days and  liked how the author was honest about what to expect. I especially liked that the different  plans, letting you chose how easy or intense you take things.
