Whan I lost my job I thought it couldn't get worse until I went to 2 interviews & did not get hired. In fact I failed miserably. Then my sister recommended this book (her friend is an HR Director and she said it is the best interview book). Bought it, and used it--Ryan's techiniques not only helped me land the new postion but a several thousand dollar increase following her salary negotations techniques. I'm a fan for life! As an Executive Recruiter, I coach people everyday on how to interview. Without the proper preparation the candidate will fail to move forward in the interview process the majority of the time. 60 Seconds and your Hired is a simple read however, it is one of the most powerful books of its kind on the market. If you really read this book, and take the advice given, you will ace your next job interview, no doubt about it!

This books is a must read before your interview. The section on how to answer tough interview questions is great and the advice on how to sell yourself in 60 seconds is invaluable. I have recommended this book many times at my company and many people have been successful using this book.
