I haven't read the book yet? How can anyone write an effective review? I read the 10 pages and had to take the book back. It is another poor attempt to make money off of people desperate to lose weight. Sad!
Don't waste your money. Apple cider vinegar has many proposed health benefits, but it won't make you suddenly lose weight without the work. Now, cue the reviews that will swear this book is the next best thing since sliced bread. If it was why do the authors have to keep putting out more books every year?
I just bought this book and I haven't read it yet, but if it is half as helpful as the 10-Day Green Smoothie book and Green Smoothies for Life, it is well worth the money! Yes. I jumped out there and rated it 5 stars on the strength of her other books. I'm a life-long learner so I love growing in knowledge. I am personally thankful for J.J. Smith and her passion to share her knowledge and her dedication to helping anyone interested become slimmer, sexier and healthier! These books won't make the weight magically fall off or make you instantly well, but if you read them and apply the information I'd be surprised if you don't find them beneficial to your overall journey to a healthier you! Finally, as the saying goes, "Anything worth having is worth working for!" If you want to be healthier and look better overall, J.J. has done the leg work to make it a little easier for us, but we still have to put in some work. Let's read this book and do our part to reach our goals. Let's goooooooo!
