As the founder and CEO of the Duffy Fitness Institute, Gordon is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health through the utilization of scientifically-backed exercise methodology. He has trained over 400 amateur and professional athletes as well as business professionals, seniors, cancer patients, and the neurologically challenged (including victims of ALS and Parkinson's disease).
