A Corner Church Christmas by Ginny Baird is such a great story. It´s book 6 in the "Christmas Town" series and if you like reading Christmas teamed stories this is the one for you. It´s has a perfect setting in the town of "Christmas Town" that is just a little bit magic if you ask just about anyone living there. It´s such a sweet story with a hit of Christmas magic going around everywhere you turn. I for one can´t wait to read more from this little town.

First and foremost, I love Ginny Baird’s Christmas Town series. Ginny has this ability to transport the reader into the pages of her books. Even when it’s not cold outside and the winter season is months away, I can still feel the spirit and magic of the holiday season coming through the pages. The Christmas Town series range from overly sweet to closed door romances. For the most part, the books have all been standalones without spoilers of the previous books. It seems Ginny made a point to make A Corner Church Christmas easy for new readers to meet and understand the previous characters. But Ginny has included a few spoilers in the form of mystery solving. Liz Martin has lived in Christmas Town pretty much her whole life. She’s always seemed to be the person sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else meet, fall in love, and marry the love of their lives. She doesn’t date. And has secretly been waiting on her own Prince Charming to find her. David Chavez has found his calling to be a minister. When his older sister, Gloria, gets married in Christmas Town, Tennessee he travels from Miami to be apart of the wedding. Never in his wildest dreams did he expect to meet Liz whom he finds to be electrifying. Liz and David have a secret crush on each other and things get really interesting when David moves to town temporarily as interim pastor for the Corner Church. During the annual Christmas Bazaar, David bids on and wins a box of Hannah Livingston’s famous Virginia Cookies. The cookies come in three variations and are rumored to inspire various outcomes. The Charity cookie inspires good works, while the Clemency cookie fosters forgiveness, and the Commitment cookie inspires true love. When David eats the Charity cookie he gains this uncontrollable need and desire to do nice things for Liz. Once Liz figures out what’s going on with David, she starts to wonder if the rumors about the cookies are true. “There’s much more to Christmas Town than meets the eye.” Liz always thought there was something about two established families in Christmas Town and her and David set out to discover any secrets hidden in plain sight. While Liz and David spend time together, comparing notes on what they learn, they slowly start to fall for each other. Liz and David are two people who have not dated for various reasons. Christmas Town is a place where everyday dreams come true. “There’s no greater magic than the magic of the heart.” While they try to fight their attraction to each other, the magic of Christmas Town, the holiday season, and true love’s desire bring these two together in a fairy tale setting. I’ve always felt there was something magical and mysterious about Christmas Town, and there is. You can see and sense it with all the couples in the first five books. But I wondered how Ginny would bring that “special magic” to a couple where neither had the secrets of Christmas Town running through their blood. I couldn’t figure out how she was going to make this book just as special and then “zzt!”, it all made sense. A Corner Church Christmas is the final full-length story of the series. There are two more novellas, featuring Joy and Noelle Christmas. I’m looking forward to what I know will be a wonderful second-chance love story and what will potentially reveal Christmas Town’s most long kept secrets. **I received a copy of this book from the author and voluntarily reviewed.**

A Corner Church Christmas ( Christmas Town #6 ) By: Ginny Baird A Corner Church Christmas is book six in Christmas Town series by Ginny Baird. I really love this Christmas Town series. I love the story and the characters. I caught myself laughing out loud several times. Christmas Town, Tennessee is a very special place, magic is in the air, cookies, and even the children. This is Liz and David’s story. David has come to town to serve as the local Pastor for a year. Liz has lived in Christmas Town and is very talented at what she does, but she has given up on love. These two meet and sparks begin to fly. Each trying not to be attracted to the other one. Is this just magic in the air, or is it the real thing? A very sweet and funny Christmas story to read anytime during the year. I was given a complimentary copy of this book , but was not told that I had to give a positive review. All opinions are my own.

This is a fun and magical read to escape from everyday life. A trip to Christmas Town is full of magic and a town of people I would love to know. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This book brings the reader back to Christmas town for another glimpse into how the magic of this unique town brings people together. New to the community, David, had a prominent role that created a challenge to developing a relationship. Liz had challenges of her own to overcome. Quite a few surprises, mundane and magical, complicate the development of a relationship between Liz and David. It is the unique people and traits of Christmas Town that create a storyline that draws the reader into experiencing the relationship ups and downs as they discover whether their love will work. I would highly recommend this fun romance. I received an ARC for review.

I received this book from the author. This review is 100% my own honest opinion.

I think I would like to live in Christmas Town. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Liz has just about given up on meeting her prince charming and then she meets David. David was persuaded by his sister to take over as pastor of a church in Christmas Town. He not only falls in love with the town and it's people, but he also falls in love with Liz. Liz is worried about their age difference and that she can't have children. Because David is young surely he would want someone who can give him children. She really doesn't want to be a cougar. But the town magic is at work again. Liz and David have fallen under it's spell and sparks fly.

This return to Christmas Town, Tennessee was charming, magical, and sweet. David, the interim pastor at the Corner Church, who came up from Miami to fill in for the retiring pastor, had visited before when his sister Gloria got married. Liz, who helps take care of children at Jingle Bells Booties, also designs and sells barrettes modeled after the famous cookies friend Hannah makes. Both end up trying to solve the mysteries of these cookies when they are urged to do certain things after eating them. Getting answers is a challenge, but working together with the attraction they feel for each other definitely helps. The magic of Christmas Town, the Clause and Christmas families, and the beautiful scenery won my heart. [I received an early copy of this book and I reviewed it voluntarily.]

I couldn't keep the smile off my face with this one! The sweetness of David and Liz was so cute and adorable. They were perfect together.  David comes to the quaint Christmas Town to become their interim pastor until a replacement can be found. With his sister marrying into the Christmas family he couldn't be happier to be near his sister and new family. But it is Liz Martin who has caught his eye. But he can't possibly seek out a relationship with one of his congregation can he? But when he wins a set of the famous Virginia cookies at auction strange things start happening. Is he losing his mind?? Liz is usually happy. Only wanting to find her prince charming. But one man has clouded her mind since Gloria and Walt's wedding....Gloria's brother David. The new pastor. What is she thinking!! She's older than he is and he will never notice her. But those Virginia cookies sure pack a punch and strange things begin to happen. The more time they spend together though the more their attraction blossoms.  On the hunt to reveal the secrets behind the cookies brings them closer and closer. And they can't believe what they find out about the cookies and the town. Is there really magic here? Are their feelings all misguided and caused by this magic or has Liz finally found her prince charming at the corner church??
