Overview

This work is for those who see themselves as survivors of the past election and need principles to help guide them. This manual does not offer a particular list of what to do. Rather, it offers ways to orient ourselves in a philosophic and spiritual way, so we may become effective doers. It hopes to offer a  clarity of mind and purpose that resists the false promises and assurances of authoritarianism. In the end we all want to live life more fully for ourselves and loved ones. There is some sacrifice involved, however. We need to do the work and have a sense of mission. With this in mind, the author invites you to read this manual and share it with others.

About the Author

The author has published in multiple disciplines and has recently completed a generational history of the United States. In offering an analysis of why we are at this historical pass, he attempts to give direction and inspiration to those unsettled by recent events. He also hopes, by his literary use of satire after the first book in the series, to bring people to a less rigid perspective and certainty they are in the absolute right. His love of satire goes back to his childhood, during which one of his first works imagined satire as a character and used the title, "I am satire." In sum, this series of "Four More Years"  draws upon his philosophic and spiritual background, as well as his literary skill of satire, so that the reader may be chuckling along the way to a more mature political awareness.
