The dreams were always there. Why would a well-respected defense attorney with a Catholic upbringing wander around a Psychic Fair on a New England fall day? Was it his desire to spend the day with a beautiful, intelligent woman or perhaps a voice across time, letting him know they were close, that drew him into Dr. Edna Giess' tent that particular day?
Whatever the reason, Sean Elliott found himself drawn into a jigsaw of discoveries leading to perplexing encounters. There is a flash of recognition, an ember begins to glow, and a flame spreads. In pursuing the answers, Sean is moved into a web of past life discoveries, which lead to mystery, murder, and romance.

R. W. Thompson received his B. S. in Education from Westfield State University before embarking on a career teaching U. S. History, World History, Latin America History, and World Geography at the middle school level for fifteen years. During that time period, he earned his Master of Educational Administration degree and served as the principal of an elementary school with grades K-8 for seventeen years. He is now retired and lives with his wife in Westfield, MA. He has published several children’s books and a young adult novel, Tracks. Across Time is his first adult novel.
