About the Author
Dr. Llaila Afrika is a nutrition consultant, massge therapist, historian, writer and a Doctor of Naturopathy. He has studied in Africa, Europe and America. Llaila believes that each of his clients (from the children to the elderly) have been among his teachers and is fully indebted to them all. He contends that good health does not belong exclusively to any culture or race, but is a human right and a product of nature. Llaila's background includes serving in the Medical Core in the military and several years experience as a psychotherapist. He has used herbal and other holistic treatments exclusively since the early 1970's.

That being said you are going to be amazed at the types of ancient as well as recent remedies and solutions that are beyond the scope of our current alopathic medical profession. Listed is the usual suspects such as the types of herbals, vitamins, tissue salts, amino acids, glandulars, food, and homeopathic products to be use for various ailments. Also there are sections on the history of the wars that were fought over the spices (herbs) and the history of the medical industries, both African and European. But what sets this book apart from other health oriented books is the very old, not readily available information that is placed in its proper prospective, and can be combined with the "Overlooked Revolution" to propelled a current fledgeling health system into the future by a thousand years or more.There are so many physical as well as psychological differences between blacks and whites that one wonders why in this day and age we are all using the same treatments, see pages 302- 308.
