No, I'm not a psycho.
Yes, I AM angry.
See, a year ago, my sweet and sexy firefighter boyfriend and I broke up over something extremely ridiculous. We'd been together since we were sophomores in high school, but that was the end of that. Almost twelve years of that, mind you.
The looks he gives me tell me he still wants me. Our latest encounter has me thinking he's trying to win me back.
But I'm not willing to give in so easily.
I don't know why he used our argument as an excuse to break up, but I'm going to find out. I've lived in Serenity Point all my life and have connections and I'm not afraid to use them to get to the bottom of things.
What I am afraid of is finding something I won't be able to handle.
He used to call me his Always and Forever.
But the secrets he's keeping might tear us apart for good.

5 star I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, betrayal, suspense, and heartbreak. If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first Bigger Than the Sky (Serenity Point, #1) This is Piper and Brody’s story. Piper and Brody were in love up until Brody started acting weird and broke it off with Piper. Brody has hardly spoken to Piper in a year. All of a sudden he wants her back. She is broken and every time she opens her heart to him he ends up breaking it more and more. Secrets are revealed but will the secrets make everything better or worse? What if everything you thought you knew was a lie? Would you be able to overlook the true lies and look at the deeper picture and find out the truth? Is the love you both have for each other true? Or when the dust settles will you just be broken and alone? I loved these characters and also the side characters. This is a small town where everyone is in everyone else’s business. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read. I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
