I loved this story! I am a huge fan of Crimson Colorado and this story didn't disappoint me at all! I've been waiting for Jase to get his happy ever after! I wasn't sure I was going to like Emily, but her side of the story is well written. I hate that we have to wait so long for the next story. This can be a good stand alone but even better if read in order of the series!
I loved returning to Crimson, Colorado for another stellar romance! This entire series has been wonderful and Always The Best Man is no exception. Full of heart tugs, swoon-worthy moments, and Major's trademark humor, this story keeps you turning pages long past bedtime! Jase is no longer the kid from the wrong part of town-he's a well respected member of the community who makes a difference on a daily basis. Emily is forced to return to the hometown she was so anxious to leave behind after high school. The pair are thrown together as they are both attendants in Emily's brother's wedding. Past feelings return to the surface, along with some complicated new ones, making for a delicious ride! Loved it!
A sweet romance about finding your way back home again ... and finally appreciating what's always been right in front of you! Snooty "it girl" Emily Whitaker couldn't wait to get out of small town Crimson, Colorado and be off to bigger and better things. Now only a few years later, she's back ... divorced and a single mother! Now she's trying to help plan her brother's wedding and let that be a distraction from having to deal with too much at once ... if only it wasn't putting her in close contact with Jase Crenshaw! Jase has been best friends with her brother Noah since childhood, and he's always had a crush on Emily. Back in high school, she was too good for the likes of him, but now he's the town's golden boy, and she thinks he might just be too good for her now. Will he be able to convince her that she deserves a second chance at happiness?
