Elena initially had been pleased by her daughter’s employment at Singleton’s Jewelers. But before long, she’d started questioning aloud whether the job was the right fit. Sam Singleton worked extremely hard. Those who worked for him were expected to work hard, as well. Which would have been fine, in Elena’s opinion, if that didn’t sometimes entail extra hours. Extra hours without extra pay, since Angie was in a salaried position. Then, there were the additional hours Angie put in processing her accounting reports at home.

Angie honestly didn’t mind her demanding schedule. She slept better at night when her tasks were wrapped up for the day and not lingering overhead to be tackled tomorrow.

She sighed and buttoned her coat. “I’ll try to be home by seven, okay? We can all have a nice dinner together then.”

When Angie turned to go, her mother said, “I don’t know why you continue to work for that man. We don’t need the money that badly. I can take on extra shifts until you find something else.”

Angie knew that Elena was just being proud—and protective. The truth was, they did need the money. She and her mom were both saving up to purchase a house: some place really nice for Pepe to grow up in.

“I don’t want another job, Ma.” Angie turned from where she stood on the threshold. “‘That man’ is my boss. And in many ways, he’s a good one.”

“I mean it,” Angie insisted. “He pays me well, and the hours aren’t bad.” She winced at her amendment. “Normally.”

“Maybe if you explained you have a family—”

“I can’t risk being unprofessional,” she countered. “Not with so much at stake.” Her gaze flitted to the refrigerator crowded with magnets and a combination of Pepe and Alma’s artwork. Pepe’s latest report card hung there, too, and he’d received very high marks. They were all settling in here. What’s more, Pepe was thriving.

“Besides, Sam’s not really that awful. Not really. Not once you get to know him.” Angie shrugged. “He has potential! You know, like a diamond in the rough.”

Elena studied her daughter and then her tone took on a teasing lilt. “And just who do you suppose will do the shaping and polishing? You?”

Angie blushed hotly. “Me? No! That’s...that’s not how I look at Sam. He’s my employer. I wouldn’t dream of—” She paused and drew in a breath, surveying Elena. “Just what are you hinting at?”

Elena’s mouth dropped open. “I can’t believe it. You actually like him.”

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hallmark Publishing via NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it. This was a wonderful Christmas romance. In true Hallmark fashion, this book was enchanting. I could see this as a movie in my mind. The characters were wonderful and the plot was one that kept me turning the pages. I was a little sad to see it end. It was done so nicely that I wanted it to go on. Sam falls and hits his head. Upon waking up in the hospital, he discovers he has amnesia. The doctors don't want him to go home alone so Angie, his accountant at his jewelry store takes him home with her and her family. The family consists of her son, mother and grandmother. They welcome him into their lives. As Sam struggles with trying to fill in the 26 year gap in his memory, he becomes entranced with Angie's family. He is given a second chance to discover how important family and friends really are. He had been such a workaholic that his personal life suffered. I adored the dual POV format here. Both Angie and Sam were the perfect foil for each other. The rest of Angie's family were wonderful as well along with his Dad, David. If you love Christmas romance that is also sweet and clean, then you will want to definitely read this one. It is a great way to spend a few hours. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

Great holiday story. After a bump on his head causes temporary amnesia, Sam recuperates at the home of a co-worker. He seems to rediscover himself, and in doing so re-established a relationship with his dad and falls in love. An uplifting and fun holiday story. I received a free ARC eBook from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest opinion.

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. You can receive your copy here:  This is a Hallmark book that was made into a movie that premieres December 19, 2019. This is such a feel good book and I cannot wait to see it made into a movie! We begin this book in the life of a single mother, Angie of a boy in first grade. Angie lives with her mother and great grandmother in a 3 bedroom apartment. Angie is doing the rush out the door with her son to make the bus and then he rush to make it to work at a jewelry store in time. After a long day in the store, Angie attempts to head home, but her forgets her purse in the store. Her boss rushes out to bring it to her in a parking lot that is a sheet of ice. Her boss, Sam slips and smacks his head on the pavement. Angie calls 9-1-1 after she cannot wake him up. She heads to the hospital to make sure that he is ok and when he awakens, he has no idea who she is. Sam has quite the bout of amnesia. Angie brings him home with her and sets him up at her house while he is recovering from his fall. We are then taken through a journey of trying to get Sam's memory back as Angie prepares for Christmas. This book is Ebenezer Scrooge meets Hallmark with an amnesia twist. This is a very heartfelt book and the ending, as all Hallmark books leave you wanting more and with an amazing ending. I look forward to seeing the movie come to life in a few months!

Fun Hallmark style romance. What happens when you forget who you are.? Do you like who you were? Can you make the change permanent? I really enjoyed this book and hope to see it as a movie this Christmas. I received a copy of this book for a honest review.

This is another heartwarming holiday story written by Ginny Baird and published by Hallmark! Ginny Baird is a wonderful author who you can always count on to deliver a delightful story. I look forward to seeing this story made into one of Hallmark’s Christmas movies. The story focuses on Sam Singleton, a person really focused on the business side of the holidays who loses his memory just before Christmas. Add in the delightful family of Angie, one of his employees, who take him in while he is recuperating. During the time he spends with her family, Sam starts to build new memories that put him more in the direction of what the holidays and family are really about. However, as happens with amnesia, memories will return. What then? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book provided by the publisher and BookFunnel. However, the thoughts expressed are totally my own.

This story is about a single mom supporting her son. Her Grandmother and Grandfather live with her. Her boss has an accident and comes to live with her. She takes care of him and they grow closer. A wonderful Christmas Story that will truly bring you into the Spirit of Christmas. Loved this story and you will too.

Sam wasn't exactly likeable at the beginning of the story. Angie, and her family, is very selfless. When her Scrooge of a boss falls and hits his head, Angie brings him home to take care of him. He can't remember who he is or anything about the last 26 years of his life. It is time for him to start over. As he is recovering, Angie and Sam are growing closer. Angie tries to keep her feeling to herself, because what if Sam doesn't feel the same way once his memory is restored? Sam is repairing his relationship with his father and an old friend, but what will happen when his memory returns? Will he be a good person? Will he still love Angie?

An authentic, warm, fuzzy, Christmas story. I LOVE the warm feelings that Hallmark stories produce and this story lived up the expectations. Angie and Sam create a lively chemistry that you can’t help but seek the end result. Throw in an enduring little boy and a somewhat meddling mom, and the humor serves a meddling hook. I couldn’t help but start and finish the story in one sitting. Sam and Angie create an endearing love story that just leaves you rooting for a happy ending. You will not be disappointed by this spicy love story. I received a complimentary copy of this story from the publisher via NewGalley and opinions are completely my own.

When her workaholic boss, Sam Singleton temporarily loses his memory in an accident, Angie Lopez invites him into her home to help him recover. They are obviously falling for each other, but will the attraction still be there after Sam gets his memory back? I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy, feel-good holiday romance. It has everything one can expect from a Hallmark Christmas themed story. Likable, realistic characters, heartwarming family relationships, a sweet romance, and a Christmas setting guaranteed to get readers into the holiday spirit. I look forward to reading more books by this author. Thank you to NetGalley and Hallmark Publishing for this ARC. The opinions expressed are my own

An Unforgettable Christmas by Ginny Baird is about Angie Lopez, working as a single mom to not only to support her son, Pepe but her mother and grandmother who also lives with her. Sam Singleton, Angie’s boss at his jewelry store is all business, but when he suffers a head injury, memory loss has him entrusted in Angie’s care. Sam’s not close with his father and no close friends are around to help, so Angie is the person he has to trust. To her surprise, Sam is more than the businessman she works for in his store. He bounds with her family and Angie sees him in a different light. While she and Sam grow closer, what will happen when he remembers? Will she want him to? This story is sweet beyond words. This is a tear-jerker so prepare yourself for this heart touching story. I’ve read Ginny Baird’s work before and she’s impressed me again. Not only is there a love story involved, but it emphasizes family and shows the love between the four generations living under one roof. This is a great read as we approach the holidays!

An Unforgettable Christmas by Ginny Baird. This is Angie Lopez and Sam Singleton’s story. This is a sweet romance about the importance of family and friends which takes place during the Christmas holidays. This is a story that my mom, daughters, and granddaughters would enjoy reading. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This enjoyable Christmas story sparkles all the way through the book. I loved the characters of Angie, Pepe, and Lita. But Sam’s character is the heart of this story. His struggle to regain his memory, but also move from bitterness to happiness, makes for a heart-touching story. This is a perfect book to read during the Christmas season as it’s full of the joy of Christmas and a perfect length to read during a busy holiday season. This book is clean and sweet. There are several “interrupted kiss” scenes that will make you smile and hope that this one becomes a Hallmark movie very soon. I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

What an "unforgettable" story. So sweet. It is a story that could happen to anyone. Albeit rare, it could. The two main characters are employee/employer when just as the employer realizes he finds his employee attractive, he hits his head, gets amnesia and is put in the care of his employee. From there the story unfolds with a sweet Christmas overtone. There is even romance for other minor characters. Wholesome as always, which is the "hallmark" of Hallmark that we know and adore today. Definitely a quick read for a Christmas romance. Go read it!

An Unforgettable Christmas is a sweet, well written Christmas romance. I really liked it and would recommend it to almost anyone. It's clean so it is appropriate for anyone from your little old granny to a young adult/teenager. It's pretty straight forward. There's no bad's like those lovely Hallmark Channel Christmas movies that I wait all year to watch :) The characters are fully developed and the story has a great flow. It's got everything that makes a successful Christmas romance, a hunky hero with amnesia, a smart heroine that helps the hero reconnect with his friends and family, a cute little boy and so much more. It's a story I know I'll be pulling out every Christmas to reread because it's such a feel good type of story.

I love this romantic Christmas story. It is feel with all the holiday cheer. Plus a close family that reminds me of my own. Great read and still has that "hallmark" feel.

Angie wants to make a good future for her family. Her son, her mother and grandmother deserve a home of their own. Hopefully they can make this dream come true. Ever since Angie lost her husband and father in a tragic accident, she's never stopped working. I wanted her to find love and happiness again. Her work with Sam Singleton at his jewelry store helps her cover expenses. She enjoys the work and finds her employer attractive, but aloof. They are opposites in personality. He's driven to be successful. He doesn't need people. That is until a fall causes him to lose his memory. Now he needs help. Who can he turn to? Angie is always willing to help so she takes him home. I loved how Angie and her family welcome him. What happens next is so heart warming. Sam becomes a changed man. He and Pepe grow close. It was sweet how they played together. Angie and Sam have great chemistry. They make a perfect couple. I sighed as they grew close. I felt the magic of the holiday. The snow added sparkle. It was the perfect setting for this sweet romance. The characters are so easy to relate to. I found their dialogue emotional and touching. I wanted a HEA but I wasn't sure what would happen when Sam got his memory back. He was so closed off. Ginny Baird wrote a holiday story that was magical. When I finished reading An Unforgettable Christmas I felt happy. This is a perfect romance for Christmas. I received a copy of this book which I voluntarily read and reviewed. My comments are my honest opinion.

Another awesome read by Ginny Baird. I really enjoyed this Christmas story. Sam might not have been the most pleasant person during the Christmas season and he might have worried more about his business then enjoying the holidays but when he slips on the ice, he soon realizes that there is more too it on this holiday season. The last thing Angie wants to do is take her boss home but being the good person that she is, she agrees to take Sam home for a couple of days until he gets his memory back. I just fell in love with this story and I was glad that both Sam and Angie got there HEA! A must read! ***Received this ARC from NetGalley as an exchange for an honest review.

What does Christmas do to relationships? In this book, the author creates a classic holiday season scene by scene from first snow to children playing to holiday shopping to holiday cooking. With the workplace in a jewelry store and the home as a multigenerational family, the reader is drawn back towards childhood memories while the author presents the story line in a contemporary, realistic environment. This story brings us a series of individuals who choose this Christmas season to develop relationships. Preceding each relationship is a key moment that provides depth concerning family and connections. The author skillfully engages our memories of Christmas past to help the reader understand each character and why their relationship is significant to the plot of the book. This book had me calling my brothers to share memories of our shared Christmas seasons. I received an ARC for review. I loved the book and would highly recommend it.

An unforgettable book from an unforgettable publisher; Hallmark of course! You'll definitely want to add this book to your ever-growing Christmas book collection. Sam Singleton suffers amnesia after a fall and is taken in by his employee, Angie Lopez, and her family before the holidays to recover. As he tries to piece together the memories he's lost, Sam goes through a transformation that may give him a second chance at life and finding new love in the process. The characters, the culture and traditions, the jewelry (who else wants to get a piece of jewelry from Singleton's?) all make for a lovely, festive, and romantic story you will swoon over! Run don't walk to your nearest book store or wherever you purchase a book to check this out. You won't be disappointed. Also, we have a couple romances in this book not just one. Enjoy the love! I received this book for free from Hallmark Publishing and BookFunnel in exchange for an honest review.

An Unforgettable Christmas by Ginny Baird is a perfect, sweet, romantic, fuzzy Christmas story about two different people finding themselves again, and finding each other. I have to say upfront that I love Hallmark Christmas movies, so I am so excited to read their novel counterparts! Angelita (Angie) Lopez is the accountant at Sam Singleton’s jewelry store. Both have had painful moments in their life that have left them both altered and guarded. Angie continues to be the optimist in trying to succeed and prosper in her new job, while also being a good Mom and provide for her Son Pepe, her Mom, and her “Lita” (grandmother). Sam ends up finding out that work shouldn’t be the only thing in life through an accident that causes a head injury that affects his memory. Is this the fresh start Sam was needing? Will the pair find in each other what they themselves have been missing all along? This is just perfect for a Hallmark Christmas movie, and while the reader can figure out how this will end, that doesn’t mean that we won’t enjoy the ride. 5/5 stars

I was so excited to have the pleasure of reading Ginny Baird’s An Unforgettable Christmas. It is so very good. Angie and Sam had wonderful chemistry long before they realized it. This is a perfect story to read to get a reader into the Christmas Spirit. It is so very good and heartwarming. I am giving An Unforgettable Christmas a well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for readers who enjoy a well written clean romance, with the magic of Christmas. I received this book from the author, but was not required to write a review. This review is 100% my own honest opinion.

He doesn't remember his past, but could she have a future with him? Angie is somewhat attracted to her boss but he needs to change. He spends all of his time working and seems to have no friends and his family isn't much in the picture. So when he takes a fall and loses his memory Angie is the one who ends up taking care of him and falling for him in the process. This is another Hallmark Christmas romance with a sweet story and an equally sweet ending. This is not my first time reading a Ginny Baird romance although I have only read one other. I couldn't put it down once I really got into it. I gave this sweet romance 4.25 of 5.0 stars. The real star of this story was Angie's little boy Pepe. He made the story for me. I received a complimentary ARC of this book to read. This in no way affected my opinion of this book which I read and reviewed voluntarily.
