This book is an absolute necessity for all avocado-lovers out there. I bought it on a whim expecting 40 variations of avo toast and have been pleasantly surprised: the authors include a huge range of healthy, avocado-centered recipes—from smoothies to salads to hearty entrees. Each is incredibly approachable and mouthwatering. This little book has quickly become my go-to for healthy but tasty meals! A few of my favorites: avo-chocolate mousse and the avo-mango smoothie (pictured below). Both felt indulgently sweet without making me feel blah afterwards. Next up on my list: roasted roots farro bowl and avo-falafel burger. The beautiful photographs throughout have motivated me to get in the kitchen. I can’t wait to gift this gem to my friends!
