Backroads

BACKROADS. . a sometimes-humorous collection of poetry by Patsy Kennedy Lain inspired by her family and primarily written during her travels back through the roads of Duplin County where her parents lived before moving to Onslow County in 1957 when she was six years old. Patsy often traveled back to Duplin County to visit cousins and other family members over the years and during the past ten years she would come back home and write poetry as the visits would remind of something from her past.
