This is a very creative album. It's a chaotic-majestic sounding electronic masterpiece. Maybe with just a tinge of psychosis to be honest. If Syd Barret had a soundtrack to his life, I think this would be it. I think if you're a musician interested in electronic music, this would be a very good example to learn from. Unlike some of Xenakis' compositions that can be very dissonant, this has more harmony. So most people might enjoy it more. If you're in the mood for some kind of neural withdrawal and solitude, and you just happen to be writing for the Twilight Zone , you might just want to have this on hand for some inspirational background music. My favorite track is the last one. He took samples from the Amazon and around Australia. The chanting of birds melds perfectly with the droning of synthesizers. Very Relaxing and Artistically Inspiring.
