From the Publisher
"Watson's descriptions are meticulously researched; he checked out every campsite in every campground, hiked every trail, and gives detail down to what birds, flowers and trees you'll see, how much road noise you might hear and what type of restroom facilities you can expect. Campers hoping to reserve a site in advance can pinpoint exactly where they'd like to be, based on his thorough descriptions." —MinnPost.com, July 2012

So I have a terrible memory, don't judge meh. :D)) Rosepetal stayed silent through the news of the deaths and everything that had happened. Come the end, however, she cheered, happy for the good news. ~&real &hearts~<p>Crystalpaw was not conscious to hear the announcement, so nothing from her ^~^ -Crystalpaw &star

Goldenstar stands beneath the High Log looking at it silently, clearly looking nervous and unsure. He knows he has to hold a clan meeting, and he is sure that soon he will get used to it, but he feels he'll be unable to do half as good a job as Lilywolf or Velvetstar. Going over for possibly the thousandth time all the things Lilywolf had told him, the golden leader climbs the High Log, stumbling a few times due to unhealed wounds, but he makes his way to the edge of the High Log. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the High Log for a clan meeting," he calls across the clearing, waiting quietly for the clan to gather. "I am sorry it's taken so long to have a meeting, but I'm glad to see everyone is doing well and getting better. As most of you know, Redspirit is now dead thanks to Riverpaw, Morningdew, Rabbitwhisker, Cloudripple, and Spottedpine." Although Goldenstar knows Whitefury had also helped take Redspirit down, he also knows he'd been following Redspirit's orders and choosen not to mention his name until he can hear the entire story. "I...I wasn't around for most of what happened, but Lilywolf helped me out. She killed Redspirit's mentor and if it weren't for her Horseclan may not have made it out in one piece." Goldenstar gives the tabby shecat a grateful smile and respectful nod before he continues speaking. "You all proved just how strong Horseclan is, that your loyalty is to your clan before anything else, and that you will stand up for what is right even until death. Cinderpaw was killed by Toadpaw, one of Redspirit's followers, Wavebreak died of wounds from a rouge attack, and Wolftooth was killed by Redspirit himself. They died loyal to their clan and belong to Starclan now, but we will all greatly miss them, and never forget their courage and loyalty." Goldenstar is quiet for a moment before he continues, " Ripplekit, Duskpaw, Amberpaw, and Blizzardpaw, please come forward. Ripplekit, you are now old enough to begin your training to become a warrior. You will now be known as Ripplepaw and Pridefall will be your mentor. Pridefall, teach Ripplepaw to imitate your kindness and loyalty. Duskpaw, Amberpaw, and Blizzardpaw will each receive new mentors. Duskpaw, your mentor will now be Mistyrose. Amberpaw, your mentor will be Morningdew. Blizzardpaw, your mentor will be Deercloud!" Goldenstar pauses while the apprentices names cheered before he meows, "Although we will mourn the loss of Wolftooth, Cinderpaw, and Wavebreak, we also celebrate the birth of Larkfrost's kits. Icykit, Stormykit, and Hollykit are Horseclan's newest members and will surely be great warriors someday. You all should be proud of their loyalty, bravery, and strength, I owe you all my life. Now we can all move forward together, grow stronger, and defeat any challenge we may face in the future!" Bowing his head, Goldenstar dismisses the meeting and starts to make his way off the High Log. ~Goldenstar
