This book contains a lot of useful information on diet and health. Contrary to popular belief it's not carbohydrates that cause weight gain, but dietary fat. If your fat intake is under 40 grams on a whole foods vegan diet it's almost impossible to become overweight or obese. If you're already overweight or obese, this is the healthiest diet to lose the weight safely. I highly recommend this book.
