Bionic Functional Structures by Femtosecond Laser Micro/nanofabrication Technologies

This thesis combines advanced femtosecond laser micro/nanofabrication technologies and frontier bionic design principles to prepare diverse biomimetic micro/nanostructures to realize their functions.
