I'm glad I bought this book. It was really enlightening. I never understood that people with bipolar disorder are in so much emotional turmoil.

I was recently diagnosed and it was refreshing to read something that i can completely relate to. This is very well written and i think it would be a good read for families living with someone who is bipolar.

I am type one bipolar and i could not have stated these words better. Any one struggling with either form of bipolar or anyone who knows someone struggling with it should read this.
