As a certified personal trainer and fitness junkie, I think this journal is an excellent tool for anyone who is looking to take their results to the next level. I use mine to look back and analyze my results and diet so that I can tailor as needed to keep me at my best. The daily activity section gives two pages per day. One side covers the workout and the other covers the diet and additional activities. This allows for a complete analysis of one's program from the workout intensity to the energy intake and expenditure. There are also weekly plans and results sections as well as a goal setting chart. A well organized and put together journal it is suitable for anyone from the novice to advanced trainer.

I use the Bodyminder journal for both logging my exercises and tracking my food intake. Its very helpful in keeping track of my goals and also for weight loss. I like that the design is very classic, low-key and doesn't scream "DIET JOURNAL" all over the place. Its the perfect size for my purse too, so I can take it everywhere I go, even on vacation!

This book is a useful tool in the fitness process. I really liked the layout and the planning. The planning is the key. It helps me plan to succeed, rather than not plan at all and fall short.

I can't say enough good things about this journal. In one relatively small-sized package I can keep track of my cardio and weight-lifting, as well as activities and exercises outside the gym, nutritional values of the food I eat, supplements, reminders, notes and more. The layout and design make this journal very easy to use.

I bought this book for the purposes of keeping track of weight lifting exercises while trying to lose weight. I found that you could not only use it for that, but for many other types of exercise/activities as well. The only thing I didn't like was the way the book has you write strengthening exercises. Most people write down the weight they did, followed by the number of reps. This journal has you do the reverse. No big deal though, its still a great book.

I love this book. It keeps track of your cardio, exercise, water intake, vitamins, diet all in a proportionate amount of space in a two page spread. Also leaving room for comment & reminders. In the back it has a weekly update for weight, along with measurements for your body perfect to see if you're slimming down or building muscle. Also in the back is a small pocket for keeping misc papers. It's the best journal out there. Not too big to lug around, has all the info you want to track.

This little booklet helped me organize my workouts from chaos. I have been working out for several years and this is a great tool in assisting you to get where you want to be!

I really liked this book it helped me a lot and was very informative. I find out about books like these from a very cool fat burning newsletter that is free and filled with great tips. I needed this book for the Kines Fitness Theory & Practice class. We use this book on Friday's when we head down to the gymnasium and lift weights and exercise. The book is well organized and very helpful. It is concise and informative. I loved the buy. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to loose weight at home and need a small jump start to motivate and inspire oneself.

I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs that little push to eat right and work out regularly. It really helps you see how many calories go in and if their being used! It helped me change my lifestyle and now I've lost 20 pounds in just 6 weeks. Get it!
