Breaking Badly: How Entrepreneurship Saved My Life
Immerse yourself in the gripping tale of the American Dream. Lou Pimber's Breaking Badly takes you on a dangerous journey as he works as an undercover narcotics agent, ultimately facing betrayal by his own. This is a story of reinvention and overcoming PTSD - from an immigrant to a soldier, a cop, an actor, and finally, an entrepreneur.

"The drugs, the guns, the women, the booze - they were all props. Like good method actors, we took our places and delivered our lines. We became masters of street theater; every day was showtime, and we were the stars. King Kong had nothing on us."

Lou Pimber breaks his silence and brings the noise in this suspenseful, real-life account of growing up in Mexico, living humbly in the US, and becoming a US Army Combat Medic at age 18.

After extreme circumstances forced him into medical retirement from law enforcement, Lou found therapy in acting. He appeared in AMC's hit series Breaking Bad, as well as numerous other films and commercials. Reinvention eventually paved the way for him to become a successful entrepreneur and speaker, allowing him to share his impactful story, advocate for the Thin Blue Line, and support those dealing with post-traumatic related issues.

About the Author

Lou Pimber is a Mexican immigrant who has led a multifaceted and inspiring life as a former U.S. Soldier, Combat Medic, and retired undercover law enforcement officer. His service with the AZ State Gang Task Force and HIDTA Counter Narcotics Unit ended after sustaining career-ending injuries on an undercover assignment.

Embracing change, Lou transitioned into acting and entrepreneurship, with memorable roles in films and television shows like Breaking Bad and Gang Related, as well as various local and national commercials. As a highly sought-after keynote speaker, he shares valuable insights on business leadership, police undercover work, post-traumatic stress, and life after retirement for law enforcement officers.

Through his YouTube podcast channel, Lou Pimber Speaks, he engages with extraordinary Americans, including fellow law enforcement officers, soldiers, and business professionals. Alongside his wife, Rhonda Pimber, Lou serves as a Senior VP at PHP Agency, which operates multiple offices throughout Arizona and Texas. Their mission focuses on addressing financial illiteracy, life insurance, and retirement income planning by bringing free enterprise and hope to American families.

Today, Lou resides in Texas with his wife Rhonda, having recently expanded their business. Lou is living on purpose, dreaming again, and visualizing himself winning and being on top. Lou has gone through incredible personal growth and has shared his experiences to help others on their own journeys of self-discovery and reinvention.
