Natalie's writing focuses on self-love, healing, and spiritual practices. Her debut poetry collection, Có smica, is a collection of Spanglish poems, mantras, and magical self-care rituals. Natalie is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Positive Psychology to help normalize therapy, brujeria, and trauma healing in the BIPOC community.
