Be on guard for political correctness.

A fun, easy to read, cartoon guide to just what is giong wrong with the environment, and why. The text was written by Alice Outwater, who manages to write well in spite of being an engineer. Although it is a good introduction for people who are just beginning to be interested in the topic, it is a bit oversimplified in places, and because of the format, leaves out a lot of important information. It should be regarded merely as a starting point.

I am very disappointed in the B & N service on this item. I joined the special members program to get free express delivery on this item because I needed it in a hurry. It was sent regular delivery. I did call and spoke to a representative and indicated my disatisfaction. My order clearly stated I should be given express delivery and did not get it. I have withdrawn from your program and will never shop Barnes and Noble again.
