Coal: Voices in Los Angeles

"Coal" is a collection of poems and drawings compiled from works created over the last 20 years. It is roughly chronological—the first book being the earliest. The collection of thoughts, ideas, fantasies, experiences and points of view define an experience. These are attributed to various voices, from which characters are drawn that begin to outline a more vast, city wide experience, revealing a perceived truth, chaos, beauty, mystery.
