Christopher Monbelly was born (July 2, 1973) on St. Croix to
Saint Lucian parents. He grew up in Whim, attended the Evelyn
M. Williams, Claude O. Markoe, and Alexander Henderson's
elementary schools. He attended the Arthur A. Richard's junior
high school and the Central high school through the public
school system and graduated in June 1991. He attended college
