Overview

A tabloid scandal unites a powerful mogul and a woman from the wrong side of the tracks in this tantalizing novel from the USA Today bestselling author of Bound Beneath His Pain and the Club Sin series.

Spoiler alert! The following reveals crucial plot points from Restrained Under His Duty.

The multimillionaire owner of a chain of successful Irish pubs, Gabe O’Keefe loves being in the spotlight almost as much as he loves women. But when all his secrets are exposed in a shameless tabloid, his glistening reputation takes a hit. What hurts most is learning who sold him out: sweet and sensual McKenna Archer, his own employee. Gabe thought he could trust her. But now he’s got bigger problems than keeping his hands off McKenna.

After putting a difficult past behind her, McKenna would never betray Gabe. But she knows someone who would: her brother, a compulsive gambler who owes money all over town. To make things right, McKenna will have to set aside her feelings for her boss. Easier said than done. Gabe oozes pure temptation. But when they team up, McKenna sees that he isn’t the manwhore she always thought. He’s strong. He’s real. And the heat between them is the only thing that makes sense anymore.

Chapter 1

Gabe

Ladies, whips and chains better be your thing if Gabe O’Keefe is your current crush. Our sources tell us that not only is he a big player at Afterglow—he’s the sex club’s owner!

Years I’d spent ensuring my sex life stayed out of the tabloids. I’d been careful, cautious, and inconspicuous. Now not only is my sex life detailed in the grocery store tabloid Gotcha! but the world also knows that I own a sex club.
The tabloid’s sudden interest in me had been a long time coming. It all began with an article in Gotcha! a little over a month ago, and as each successive week ticked by, tabloid reporter Penelope Burke did her best to rip apart the lives of my longtime friends. First, the magazine attacked my Harvard roommate, billionaire real estate mogul Micah Holt, printing stories that held a ring of truth to them. Next, the magazine focused on business-savvy billionaire Darius Bennett and printed stories detailing private conversations we’d had at my bar, O’Keefe’s Pub. That’s when we realized that someone had planted a recording device in the one place we’d thought we were safe. But that wasn’t the end of our trouble with the tabloid. In fact, things only got worse.

When Gotcha! turned the spotlight onto Ryder Blackwood, owner of Blackwood Security, a private security detail company, he dug deep into who could be our mole. When he discovered the truth, it was even worse than anyone had imagined. What we learned was that the governor of California, Tobias Harrington, was trying to bury—literally—one of Ryder’s clients, Senator Gary Winters. Tobias was using the bugs in my pub to get intel from Ryder’s private conversations. But the greedy a-holes who planted those bugs weren’t only taking money from the governor. They were also selling the things they’d heard on the recordings to a trash magazine. And the person whose betrayal ran that deep is the only person on my mind today.

I grit my teeth against the rage burning inside and shift the gears of my MV Agusta F4 sports bike, the engine roaring beneath me; the power is a much-needed comfort as the control I’ve kept on my life spins away from me. Determined to get that control back, I tear through the streets of San Francisco, weaving my bike in and out of traffic. Last night I slept a total of two hours, and this morning I’d spent hours at the gym, trying to piece together my next steps.

An hour ago, on this gloomy Friday morning, a plan solidified.

I breeze through the T-intersection, and then I stop at the curb in front of the original location of what is now my chain of Irish pubs across North America. Pushing out the kickstand of my bike, I slide my leg over the seat as I remove my helmet. To the right is an alleyway that leads to the back lot where my Audi is parked, and where there are stairs that lead to my apartment above the pub. There’s a lot on my mind as I walk around my bike and then enter my pub.

The most important thought is finally putting this tabloid shitshow behind me and moving on with life. Usually, I don’t mind a little attention. I enjoy the way women openly gawk at me. What I don’t like is people knowing about my private life and ripping it apart as if it’s something to (a) talk about around the water cooler and (b) laugh at. Some things are private, and who I screw and how I screw them are most definitely in that category.

The pub is empty as the door shuts behind me, not that I’m surprised. It’s ten o’clock in the morning, and we don’t open for another two hours. Wood-paneled walls surround me, with the bar off to the right and tables scattered throughout. There’s a good reason I’m here today, and that reason is standing behind the bar in a pair of skinny jeans and a tight black T-shirt with O’Keefe’s burgundy Celtic knot logo across her great pair of boobs.

McKenna Archer.

My body reacts instantly to her nearness, swelling my dick and kicking up my heart rate. She’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a woman and more. She’s beyond beautiful, with long blond hair, captivating amber eyes, and she’s got just the right amount of curves to remind me how much I hunger for her. Though if she just had her looks I could have easily walked away from her, but she’s so much more than a pretty face. She’s clever and witty and strong when she needs to be, but she’s soft the rest of the time, making me yearn to protect her.

For the entire year that she’s worked for me, I’ve battled against breaking my one rule: Don’t date employees. In fact, the push-and-pull game between us has built so heavily over the past three months that, before this tabloid shit happened, I was days away from helping her find employment elsewhere so we could finally date. Because if I’m sure about anything in my life, it’s how I feel about this woman before me.

Gabe O'Keefe is use to being front and center in the public eye, and to be honest he really enjoys the attention... but then someone airs his dirty laundry, and his gleaming reputation takes a major hit, and now he is out for revenge. He thinks it is longtime employee who decided to cash in on his fame, and share his secrets, so he hands her her walking papers, only to learn soon after that it wasn't her after all. Now he feels like an insensitive ass, and knows he needs to apologize to her and make things right...question is will she be so receptive to the man who is going after her own brother to get his revenge? McKenna Archer hasn't had the best life, growing up her parents weren't around much, and her mom always seem to be on the wrong side of the law. Now her brother seems to want to keep up the family tradition, and get himself in deep when he throws her boss to the publicity vultures purely for monetary gain. But her boss thinks that she is to blame and fires her before she has the chance to tell him she knows who is to blame, and it hurts her to know that he doesn't trust her. Just when she is ready to write him and her feelings for him off completely he shows up on her doorstep with an apology... question is can she forgive him? Cuffed by His Charm is a suspenseful and oh so naughty little fairy tale that is sure to satisfy every romance readers appetite! This is the fourth offering in the Dirty Little Secrets series, and I have to say that I enjoyed it just as much as it's predecessors, it had the same intensity, heat factor, and emotional depth...and of course a certain sexy multimillionaire that I have been dying to meet! Gabe was everything I thought he would be and so much more, and while I thought he acted like an ass a few times, I let it slide because I knew he would redeem himself eventually... and boy did he ever!! If you haven't made time to read this series yet, I highly recommend you remedy that ASAP, because not only are you missing out on some exceptional stories, but also the opportunity to meet some really amazing characters too!! Loved this one, it left my cheeks with a permanent blush, and my heart overflowing!! I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this title.

One of those stories where you just wish the characters would THINK! Gabe seems like a bit of a fool when he doesn't trust his own relationship with McKenna. This author knows how to turn up the heat and write erotic encounters that make the most experienced reader blush. Tense suspense, angry sex, secrets, and lies are the basis for the series about Gabe and his circle of friends and their lovers. Will loyalty to undeserving family members blind McKenna to the truth? There is enough angst to balance the sweetness, enough sizzle to warm your heart.. The men of the "Dirty Little Secrets" series do have their secrets but perhaps they can find a way to protect their families and their hearts. Stacey Kennedy is a one-click and seeing a new story on the horizon brights high levels of anticipation this is a 4++ * for me.

Cuffed by his Charm is a SEXY read. The characters were really well written & the story was strong & very entertaining. This was the fourth book in the A Dirty Little Secrets series & I have read them all. They can be read as a stand alone. Characters from previous books are in the story but their background isn't needed to understand or enjoy the steamy story of Gabe & McKenna I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

5 STAR goodbye to the very hot and sexy Dirty Little Secrets series by author Stacey Kennedy. In this Dirty Little Secrets book #4, Gabe O’Keefe wants to break all his rules about not dating his own employee when he falls for McKenna Archer but what he does when he finds out she betrayed him certainly sets this story up to be controversial in some people's eyes. Quite honestly I can't imagine anyone doing something worse and though I wanted to dislike him for it, I just couldn't. I could actually understand how he justified it to himself and how it broke him. With everything that has gone on in McKenna's life she is the master of keeping her personal power in spite of events turning it upside down. Along with her depth of compassion and understanding about how people think she is a female character that the reader will feel drawn to. I understand her love for her brother who is only trouble. A part of me cheers her dedication to him and the other part says enabler. The author Stacey Kennedy is the queen of showing real people with real problems in a compassionate manner and she does it superbly with McKenna and her brother. In this complex plot she hits on gambling addictions, hurting someone so deeply that you may never be able to correct it or get their love, finding love but giving it up to protect them and letting go of a loved one to love another. A big 5 STARS for ending this amazing series in a manner that is deeply satisfying to the reader. Received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review.

I received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review. I thought it was ok. I really couldn't connect with the characters. There was a lot going on, but I didn't feel the love between the two or even any chemistry or attraction. There was romantic suspense, erotica/light bdsm. I found myself skimming to the end.

Full review appeared on Reader's Edyn on 11/19/17 ... If you guys haven’t read any of this series, there is a warning that some critical plot points are revealed in this book for one (or more) of the previous books in the series. I haven’t read the rest of the series and this is book 4. While I didn’t have any difficulty following along and was sure that there were things mentioned that would have to do with a previous book or three, nothing that blatantly interfered with my reading enjoyment occurred. I don’t feel like anything too life-shattering was mentioned but having not read the previous books, I am in no way an expert. That said if you don’t want to risk any spoilers, it might be safer to read this series in order. I really enjoyed both Gabe, McKenna, and all of the supporting characters – with the exception of the evil goons, of course. McKenna is a strong character who has been through a lot and has made her own way. With the exception of her tunnel-vision regarding her brother, she was a likeable character. I wanted to slap her regarding the enabling qualities she possesses with Evan and, even though we were prepared for her next moves in Evan’s case, I found that habit annoying. But when put into perspective, you can almost understand why she does what she does concerning her brother Gabe is that quintessential alpha male billionaire. He’s got money and power, but he’s an average guy who prefers working behind the bar, to the daily monotonous CEO grind. Ha! Who am I kidding? No billionaire is an average guy despite his dislike for corporate life. He’s connected and he and his self-made billionaire buddies are all at the center of some serious scandal which apparently spans the length of the series. I have to say that even though these guys are crazy intuitive, it was a quite a refreshing change to see them make a mistake and accuse the wrong person initially. Alphas making a massive mistake isn’t a common component. All of Gabe’s friends very obviously had their own back stories and the more they were involved, the more I liked them. I would definitely read the series in its entirety based on these charming characters; each bringing a vital piece to their life-long friendship. I’m looking for a story for Alex, Ryder’s hacker, next. Hopefully there are plans for her. Supposedly it’s the end of the series, but you never know … And since I’m speculating, there are a couple of other “potential couples” mentioned in the epilogue, so I’ll hold out for the next installment – or a spin-off … Overall, this is a great book with a little bit of everything – brooding hero, strong female lead, loyal friends, an annoying mother, suspense, betrayal, hackers, redemption, a titch of BDSM, bars, sex clubs, billionaires and the women who have captured them, crazy hot sex … Yep, a bit of everything! I do have one compliant – the villain didn’t get his in my opinion. I feel like there could still be an axe to grind and if he’s the same scoundrel from the previous books (which I am not sure of), then really? That’s all? But technically there are two scoundrels and I felt like they could have dealt with that one just a bit more severely as well. Granted, they are upstanding guys that have been wronged, and wouldn’t stoop to the level of their temporary oppressors, but dang! If it truly is the end of the series, get it handled! And here is where I feel like Alex would come in nicely. Just saying. I’m pretty sure fans of the series ...

A great conclusion to an excellent series. Gage was angry that was for sure, and he made it obvious with the extremely hot and sexy scene he made with his beautiful barmaid McKenna, he's been inching to get his hands on her for a along time but his no 'messing with employees' doesn't matter now because she broke his trust and so she's now going to be out of a job. But first he has to find out why she let him down and why, then he's going to finally conquer his insatiable lust for her. Wow! A hot start to this exciting book. And so after the steam has cleared the story really begins, who has been leaking information about his bar and sex club...to reporters and the tabloids? And why? The tension and suspense gets high as Gage gets closer to his goal and characters from previous novels join in. This was a satisfactory ending to the Dirty Little Secrets series, a well developed plot with a charismatic alpha-male who's been an enigmatic character though out the series taking the lead. A very enjoyable read, I highly recommend it!

Any story that includes a powerful, wealthy, and sexy leading man is a smashing hit in my book! Gabe is all of those things! I was intrigued by the storyline. I loved the bond that the four men had and I love how they protected and stood by each other with no questions. The sex scenes were super hot! Some of the language was a bit rough for my tastes but I understand that it lent itself to the story. I liked the relationship and vulnerability in McKenna and Gabe's relationship and I liked the happily-ever-after!

This is the first book I read by this author. I found that I did not have to read the previous stories to enjoy this one. The attraction between Gabe and McKenna is tested greatly throughout this story. Gabe's anger changes to guilt, remorse, then to protectiveness, caring and love. McKenna has to fight her own guilty feelings for all that she has brought into his world as well as her feelings of family loyalty. I enjoyed the story of their journey very much, though I felt the intimate scenes between them were a little too emotionless. I received a copy of this story through Netgalley, and this is my unsolicited review.

WHAT a way to end a series! Cuffed is full of twists and turns as Gabe tries to find out who has sold out himself and his friends. The first scene of the book between Gabe and McKenna was brutal....on my heart. These two are so good together. The epilogue, though short and sweet, gives us a brief glimpse into the futures of the characters we've followed throughout this series. While I am sad to be saying goodbye to the counsel, I think there may be a good chance we;ll sew them again.

Received an ARC for my honest opinion review for Netgalley Gabe O'Keefe, he really enjoys the attention of being in the public eye. Until someone shares his little secret. McKenna Archer has had a tough life , but her brother just made it worst . Hot romance and suspense !! What more can a reader want!!!

This is the 4th book in the Dirty Little Secrets series and we finally get Gabe O'Keefes's story. Gabe may be rich and likes his sex a little dirty (why else would you own a sex club?) but what most people don't know is that enjoys being a pub owner and serving beer, not the CEO to his huge company. They might not also know that Gabe has been lusting after McKenna Archer, a bartender that work for him. Since Kenna is an employee, she is hands off but when she ends up as the source for all the personal leaks of Gabe and his best friends to Gotcha! magazine, all bets are off. Damn, you do not want to cross Gabe when he is not happy! It quickly comes to light that Kenna's brother Evan is behind all the leaks and not Kenna, which leaves Gabe feeling a little guilty. When Kenna realizes something is wrong regarding her brother, Gabe and his friends step in to help. It was a twisty, turnie ride these two had to go on to find Evan and stop the leaks. I really loved how Gabe helped Kenna even though he'd rather have her brother rot in hell for the things he did to him and his friends. Overall, this was another great addition to this series with all your favorite alpha DC men back together. I really liked how loyal Kenna was, especially to her brother, even if he didn't always deserve it. And I really enjoyed the happy ending that Gabe and Kenna finally got!

Good storyline that kept my attention with just enough suspense & heat. Gabe & McKenna are both strong characters who have to find a way to give up control if they want to be a couple. Misunderstandings, family & fate will play a part to determine if they can be together. This is the first time I've read this author & I'm not sure if I would purchase another book. I felt the writing was stiff & didn't flow. While grammatically correct if didn't read like a movie or a conversational story which is what I prefer.

Holy hell what a book!! This is my favorite out of the series I do believe and Stacey has just outdone herself with this one. Gabe's been the quiet one, the one who doesn't say much, runs his pub, has eyes for McKenna but just won't get involved with an employee. This book opens where the last book ended, but it can certainly be read as a standalone, however I recommend reading the whole series because they are that good. Gabe and his friends have discovered how their personal information is being leaked, their table at the pub is bugged and all evidence points to McKenna. Kenna is the quiet, sweet bartender who takes care of everything at the bar for Gabe and he's had eyes on her for a while. The two of them have a unique chemistry. (understatement) So here we meet a very angry Gabe coming into the bar before opening and facing Kenna and wow what a blistering hot opening it is! Forget trying to cool off.. it won't work. He confronts McKenna and she denies having anything to do with what he's accusing her of, meanwhile the press is becoming more and more aggressive and he's dealing with his parents. (Aye) While we get lead through this story and who is behind the leaks at the bar and the resulting snowball effects on the rest of the men and their women; Stacey leads us through every detail like the great author she is, she doesn't miss a detail and you won't either. The steam is off the charts, the mystery and intrigue is crazy and I just ate this book. I didn't put it down. So many twists and turns I didn't want to miss a thing. We get front row seats to Gabe and Kenna too and the chemistry between these two- sparking!!! This is a must read. I can't say another thing because I don't do spoilers. Stacey, you rocked this one right into orbit! My favorite of the series. I loved it. **arc from NetGalley and Publisher in exchange for a fair review**

**Received ARC from NetGalley for a fair and honest review** Cuffed by His Charm is the 4th book in the Dirty Little Secrets series. Gabe has lusted after McKenna for the last year. If only she wasn't his employee... but Gabe has a rule about no dating employees. McKenna's had a rough life, alcoholic abusive mother, and younger brother with issues that she's always needed to care for. She's lusted after Gabe, but knows he will not date/mess with employees... From the start this book grabs you and doesn't let go. I couldn't put this book down! This book is an emotional rollercoaster! There is so much craziness that happens in this book, and was so good I would read it again! I really enjoyed the characters, I've always liked Gabe's character from the other series and couldn't wait for this book, and it definitely did not disappoint. He is definitely a dominant/alpha male, but it isn't overboard. McKenna is a strong woman, she's got her demons that she fights and at times almost too strong, but she does lean on Gabe. They have great chemistry and if you like hot and steamy this book will not disappoint. I also really enjoy being able to catch up with the other characters from the previous books and she doesn't just end the book and leave you hanging which really frustrates me when that happens... but she gives you that HEA. I was also pleasantly surprised to see some other characters from another series of her books! I'm really hoping that Ryder's left hand Alex gets her own story!! I really want to see her story!!! Hope this helps!! Happy Reading!!!

Let me start by saying that I haven't read the other books in this series, but I didn't have too much difficulty figuring out the connections between this group of friends. That part of the story line was interesting and it was obvious that this group would do anything for each other. The romance between Gabe and McKenna was where I ran into problems. I was put off by Gabe's initial treatment of McKenna, but as the story progressed, he did redeem himself. McKenna, however, was the source of much eye-rolling and head shaking. From the star ratings that I've seen, I realize that I'm in the minority here, so I will try to explain without too many spoilers. McKenna loves her brother and would do anything for him, which I can understand. What I couldn't understand was her willingly participating in a "scene" with Gabe right after finding evidence that her brother could be in serious trouble. I completely understand two people with a strong attraction coming together in times of stress, but this situation seemed almost separate from any worries McKenna may have had. Gabe had no reason to care what happened to McKenna's brother, other than his feelings for her, but at times it felt like I was reading two separate stories - one that was an emotional hunt for Evan and another that was a steamy BDSM light romance. Again, toward the end, I was a bit confused about the money. I don't know if it was intentional, but it came across that McKenna didn't want Gabe when she though he'd paid one amount, but when the truth comes out, it's a different story. I'm still confused as to why it matters how much was paid as long as her knight came riding in to save her. The romance between this pair never felt like a romance to me. A strong physical attraction, yes, and Gabe does things that only a man who loves a woman would do, but I never felt like McKenna had anything more than lust for him.

Heart, Heat & Action! Well written with well crafted and likable characters, this was a story that kept me wanting more. I thoroughly enjoyed that this was written in dual POV. Getting a much better picture through both of these main characters. It was also great to be able to catch up with previous characters in this series. But although you might have a greater understanding, this can be read as a stand-alone story. Gabe and McKenna attraction has been building for the last year, since McKenna became his employee. Gabe has been drawn to this clever, witty, beautiful, women that is strong as well as soft, who has made his days brighter, just knowing he would see her. But after having his personal life as well as the personal lives of his friends, leaked to a gossip magazine, he is faced with a harsh reality when his friend’s security firm is positive the mole is his heart, McKenna. The one woman he was willing to break his one rule - don’t date an employee. But when Gabe confronts McKenna his actions shatter all that they had built. When McKenna denies that she had anything to do with the betrayal, Gabe takes her to Ryder, so he can show her they have the proof it was her. Only to be blindsided by new information. These two have a lot to overcome, in the form of danger, blackmail, and some twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The push and pull between them is sizzling. With some deliciously, sensual, scenes that are highly erotic. Will McKenna be able to forgive Gabe for his actions? Will these two find a HEA? You will have to read to find out. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Stacey Kenney is a writer that really knows how to bring a smoking hot Dom to life! Her heroes are not only Alpha but they are fierce, powerful and what fantasies are made of. So if you want to indulge in the world of BDSM you can't go wrong with her steamy romances. I have been a fan of hers ever since reading her "Club Sin" series. Her spin-off series, "Dirty Little Secrets" is just as hot and exciting. Ever since the first book we have been waiting anxiously to find out who the mole was behind the tabloid news. In this final book, we finally find out! Gabe O'Keefe is one of the most powerful men in San Francisco. Along with his three best friends - Micah, Darius and Ryder- they are known as the Dominant's Council. Well, at least among those in the know of the BDSM world. They also each secretly own a sex club, but with news of their sex clubs and kinky sexy life being plastered in the tabloids, they are on a mission to find out who has been bugging their private conversations and selling the news to the tabloids. And it seems that they finally have a lead. Unfortunately all the clues point to McKenna Archer, a barmaid working at O'Keefe's Pub. Gave has had his eyes on the sexy blonde for a long time. Granted, it was more for sexual reasons than spying, but he just can't believe that she would do something like this. But he is determined to find out the truth and maybe also finally give into the temptation that she has been. McKenna Archer is shocked when the boss that she is secretly in love with finally makes a move on her only to accuse her of bugging the pub in order to sell information to the tabloids. It seems that the evidence that Gabe presents her with is indisputable and unfortunately she knows right away who is behind this. Her gambling addicted brother Evan. She has always been the one to clean up his mess and stand up for him, but Evan has gone too far and what's more, he is missing! Gabe and McKenna, along with the help of Ryder Lockwood set off to not only find Evan but discover the reason behind his deceit. Gabe was determined to make the person responsible pay, but with the woman he loves caught in the middle, can he stand back and let things play out? I am really sad to have to say goodbye to this series! But I have to admit that I was expecting more of an intrigue after waiting so long for the mystery to unfold. This book, like all the previous books of the series is hot, but a little lighter on the BDSM side. I Hope that Stacey Kennedy has a new and just as hot series coming up! Can't wait!!! Thank you Netgalley and Random House Publishing for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Received an ARC for my fair review for netgalley. I did enjoy this book, however did not like Kenna, and she never grew on me, she actually annoyed the crap out of me. I understood her loyalty towards her brother, but I think she took it overboard, she did not help him the way she should have, she should have gotten him help, but she enabled him, and she did not get to the conclusion til the bitter end, and what I did not get, was how when she thought Gabe paid a certain amount, she chose her brother, til her brother told her the correct amount, and then she got it? what? His actions didn't show you?. Gabe was awesome, he was a loyal friend, and he was good, too good with Kenna in my opinion, but he showed her he loved her, and she still did not get it. It was great to read about the other characters from the previous books again. Still love my Ryder, he is my favorite, I would have loved to read about his wedding. I would love a story about Alex, hopefully she get one, even though this was about these four. (

Wow, this suspenseful, steamy romance was exciting. It starts with Gabe believing that his employee, McKenna, had sold his secrets to the tabloids. He has been in love with her for awhile, and wanted to make her his, but now feels betrayed. McKenna is in love with Gabe as well, and is hurt that he would believe the worst in her. This is a thrilling and sexy story that will have you guessing what will happen next as they try to unravel the secrets. As they get closer to the truth McKennas life is in danger and Gabe will do whatever it takes to protect her. I didn't read the first book in this series but was able to easily enjoy this book and will definitely check out the earlier books. If you enjoy super hot and sexy romance, you will love this book.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. I really enjoyed this book. The characters were well written and had a lot of chemistry. I was hooked from the very beginning Amazing story and wonderful writing! All characters are three-dimensional and believable. The storyline is intense, it's gripping in the best sense of the word. This book is great, a must-read. The author is one of my favorites and I look forward to more books by her. I loved the HEA!

This is another winner in the Dirty Little Secrets series by Stacey Kennedy. It was so good! I really liked the storyline and the chemistry between Gabe & McKenna is sizzling hot. I’ve been waiting for Gabe’s book because I just knew I was going to fall hard for him. He may be quite dominant and possessive but he is also so sweet, kind and generous. I was also happy that Ryder, Alex, and Micah all have roles in this story so we are able to keep in touch with them a bit. McKenna has been working for Gabe at his bar for a year. That’s one whole year that Gabe has had to struggle to keep his hands off her because of his no dating employees rule. He is attracted to more than just her face and body, he likes that she is a strong woman and has a sharp wit too. There is so much more to her that he doesn’t know about her though and he really wishes he could find out. He’s been getting a lot of bad press lately and as much as he doesn’t want to believe it, he and Ryder think it’s McKenna leaking the info to the tabloid. So he decides before he confronts her that he will allow himself to have her because he knows she wants him too; and it will probably be his one and only time due to fact that he is going to be accusing her of betraying him. But did she do it? There is so much more to this story and it’s very enjoyable so I found I had to just keep on reading until I finished. The sexy times between Gabe & McKenna were super hot especially the one time he takes her to his club. I love the surprise cameo near the end of the book too. That was great! If you love this series, this book does not disappoint. It is definitely worth the read.

I’ve been looking forward to Gabe’s book. Out of all the guys in the series, he’s intrigued me the most and it started with a bang! Literally. The author wasted no time in the beginning and gave us a really hot angry sex scene. Talk about starting at 100 mph! Even though I liked Gabe the most, I think we needed a bit more grovel from him for McKennas sake. I did like these two together. We’ve been teased by their attraction in the previous books so I was ready for their story. This was a great series that I can’t help but think we might get another one for Alex? She’s such an intriguing side character and I want to see the man that will snatch her right up. ARC provided by NetGalley.

4.5 Stars! “For one second, pain ripples across his features. And it’s pain that affects me on every level, because I’m feeling the same heartache. It’s the type of hurt that is felt deep in the soul, changing how a person perceives the world, building walls to protect the person they used to be.” “I can’t even make sense of what I’m feeling. It’s like I’m falling, drowning in a sea of all the things I can’t control.” “I feel it then. It’s there in the tremble of his body, in his strong grip. He wants to touch me. He wants to own me. He wants to make me his for right now. And there is nothing I need more that him right now.” Wow! What a crazy ride!! Talk about a book that starts off with a bang! Cuffed by His Charm starts off with one heck of a beginning that will have your eyes glued to the pages and your heart feeling like it was ripped out of your chest in the very next breath. This book totally hit the ground running and never looked back. In Cuffed by His Charm, it’s Gabe’s turn to tell his story. Just like the previous stories in this series, Gabe’s secrets have been released to the tabloids and just when he thinks he has all the answers, he finds out that he couldn’t possibly be more wrong. He has betrayed the one person who doesn’t deserve it. It will become a race against time. Not only must Gabe and company find out who’s behind the tabloid leaks, but he must also prove to McKenna that there is more to him than meets the eye, that McKenna is worth loving and deserves good things to happen to her…With twists and turns around each corner and explosive chemistry that oozes off the pages, you won’t want to miss this latest addition to the Dirty Little Secrets Series. Cuffed by His Charm is a terrific addition to the Dirty Little Secrets Series. This story hits the ground running and keeps you begging for more. I was captivated by McKenna and Gabe’s story from page one and could not put it down. From sex to intrigue to betrayal and hits that just keep coming, this book certainly keeps you on your toes. I easily devoured this book in one sitting and couldn’t wait to see how Gabe and McKenna’s story played out.
