Wow, another intriguing story of the Sutton clan. A story that I could not put down. Plenty of romance, mystery and suspense packed in. Sara and Warrick, both have suffered losses in their personal lives and are now trying to gain the confidence to move forward. Warrick is trying to get Simm's Pharmaceutical back up and running strong, while another person has other ideas that might harm Warrick and Sara. A guess who until the end, but will keep you turning the pages until the end. I highly recommend this story along with the rest of Sutton Capital books. It was great to see some guest appearances from previous stories.

I Love this whole series and how each character develops more and more as the stories progress. The building and solving of crimes that eclipse multiple books. Cut to the Chase is about 2 injured people afraid to love. Their journey is both funny and a bit sad at points. The connection and banter between Sara and Warren sucks you in so you just want more and more. I also enjoyed the goodwill gesture towards veterans and homeless

Warrick is emotionally unavailable following his wife's death and feels that Sara deserves to have someone's whole heart, which is more than what he has to offer. Sara is smart, strong, and compassionate, but her confidence is shaken after her fiance left during a personal tragedy. Neither are willing to give all of themselves, but love has a way of breaking down barriers when they least expect it. I really enjoyed their love story. Cut to the Chase is also full of action and suspense. I look forward to the next in the Sutton Capital Series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader copy.

Warrick and Sara both felt they had reason to not get close to another person. Their attraction was strong, and they found the walls they built for protection starting to crumble. That is just the romance. Add to this a little intrigue and a good dose of suspense, then you have a pretty fast paced book that you won't want to put down. This book is a standalone, but it is even better if you have read some of the other Sutton Capital books. I voluntarily read and reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy.

Another amazing story to add to this series!! This one has all the romance, mystery & suspense we've come to expect and these characters are exceptional. Warrick Staunton can't believe his life has come to this. He's on the verge of losing everything after his father-in-law implicates his company in a recent outbreak of murders on the homeless population. This isn't the first time he's had to start over though. After losing his wife he threw himself into his work. If he loses that what will have?? When Sutton Capital steps in with an offer he can't refuse it's not only his business that is saved. Don't miss this one, I highly recommend it.

In addition to the great romance between Warrick and Sara, this story abounds with subplots, which made it very exciting indeed. I read it from beginning to end in one very long night, just couldn’t stop until I saw how it ended. In addition to Warrick trying to find ways to rescue his dying pharmaceutical company and Sara trying to work with her handsome boss while introducing him to a new prosthesis industry, there is Warrick’s scheming mother and insane ex-father-in-law, all building suspense until an inevitable implosion and happy ending. Loved this ride of a story! I was gifted with a copy of this book by the author.
