About the Author

Fiona Murden is a leadership psychologist and executive coach who has spent the past twenty years working with multi-national companies and with some of the UK’s most successful business leaders, policy makers, top academics and spots people.
Fiona has seen forms of emotional resilience in hundreds of different people and spoken on the topic at countless times for various multinational companies. She is currently works with both Cambridge University and MIT on the subject.
