Dorothy’s hometown is Utica, NY. She received her RN degree from University of Rochester. Upon her marriage to Louis Osika, they moved to Schenectady, NY to pursue Lou’s career with General Electric as a metallurgist. Dorothy continued her nursing career and together they raised a family. Dorothy enjoys expressing herself through pen and paper. In her spare time she enjoys not only writing poetry she also paints, gathering her ideas from the world around her.
