About the Author

What a great way to learn.  Reading EAT THE YOLKS is like attending a class in your favorite subject with your favorite teacher.  Liz is personable, knowledgeable, easily understood and makes learning about nutrition such fun with her witty sense of humor.  It's a must have for anyone interested in their health & well being.  A great read for your skeptical friends (and family) that may question your real food choices.  Instead of Easter candy, give 'em the best Easter egg: EAT THE YOLKS

This book was not only informative but an interesting read. The author kept me engaged from cover to cover and I found myself laughing out loud at times, which I thought was odd since it was a book on health and wellness; however, I wasn't mad about it! The book provides many eye-opening insights to nutrition and the lies that we have been told or fed over the years. The book mentions and follows Paleo ideals; yet the author is not pushy or a die-hard Paleo dieter and she constantly states it's about what works for you! The book had me wanting to go out and play a more active role in my health and nutrition. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking at changing their diet, bettering their life, or just in general wants to know more!

Love love love this book!!! I have only been paleo gluten free since november and feel so much better. After reading this book I have no desire to go back to my old way of eating!! Everyone, espec those in the health field should read this!! There is so much information in this book but the way that Liz wrote it, it is so easy to understand. Really makes you think twice of putting junk in your mouth!! Please get this book and read it..you won't be sorry!!

Liz Wolfe is the Jennifer Lawrence of food writing. This book is the perfect combination of hilarious and informative, that will make you both incredibly impressed with her level of knowledge and kind of disappointed she's not your best friend. I've been living the Paleo lifestyle for  about 4 years now, and this book is like a breath of fresh air. If you want to know the WHY of this lifestyle, and hear some Princess Bride  jokes along the way, this is the book for you! Liz's writing is thorough, well-researched, and explained in a way that is helpful to beginners,  yet is fresh and new enough to keep longtime Real Food aficionados interested. You'll finish reading armed with an amazing basis of knowledge to make the best food choices for the environment, animal welfare, and most importantly YOU. I'll definitely be buying copies  for friends and family, and can't recommend this book enough!

When I say that this is the best book I've ever read, I truly mean it! This book is full of so much incredible, mind blowing information,  and yet it's such a fun and easy read! You'll be cracking up while you learn, Liz is an incredible writer! Eat The Yolks is about much more  than just "eating the yolks," Liz Wolfe busts every nutrition myth we've ever been taught to believe. Liz breaks it all down - from fat, to  protein, to carbs, and nutrients - she gives a crystal clear picture of exactly what we should be eating for optimal health, along with how we  ended up where we are today. Everyone deserves to know the truth, and to have great health! This book is the answer!

The is the best nutrition book you'll read. Liz is incredible at making nutrition easy to understand and is one of the funniest authors around. When you read it, it will make it feel like she is sitting there with you and talking to you directly. This book will truly change your life and make you laugh along the way!
