Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Mab is a changeling stuck in the human world, hoping to one day get back to the faerie realm she was tricked into leaving. Obadiah bootlegs the magical Elixir into the human world, looking to get a little revenge on the fey who ruined his life. When their paths cross during Mab’s work as a P.I., there’s attraction and wariness on both their parts, their pasts intertwined in ways that may just tear them apart when the truth comes out. The story and characters were rich and alive, the magic deftly spliced into a version of the world as we know it, making this a fun and exciting read. A definite thumbs-up recommendation.
