I used this book for a psychology of human adjustment class. It's easy to read, and you find it making alot of sense. Her exercizes helped me through many a difficult time.

This is, as all of Susan Jefferson's books, a really uplifting and life enhancing read. Lots of useful hints how to deal with fear and uncertainity, nothing is held back. Easy to apply and to relate to. Love it!
