Endeavors to Comprehend

After Desert Storm I found it necessary to find a way to clear my mind, I read many books on philosophy, religion, and post traumatic stress disorder. What I discovered was everyone dealt with stress differently, so I decided to write this book. When I was finished, I felt ecstatic and a feeling of clarity came over me.
