As both a yoga teacher and practitioner, I cannot speak highly enough of "Everyday Yoga"! It has become my go to book for keeping my morning practice inspired, and the classes I teach fresh and interesting. Sage has a gift for making yoga accessible to the novice while offering refreshing new insights for long term yogis. If you only have room for one yoga book in your library this is it. However, if you are an athlete, I highly recommend you also two more of Sage's books: "The Athletes Guide To Yoga" and "The Athletes Guide To Recovery". I guarantee they will improve your performance and make your training more enjoyable. Thanks Sage for another fine book.
