Legends and myths with fairy tales have always changed from one mouth to another before they were written, or tamed for children's ears. The author starts from the very beginning from before we knew of such tales. He created an immortal from the dawn of time and through him, all known legends are told but in the authors own words and how he understands these legends would have been told.
