This is an extremely well written book which combines fact and fiction seamlessly. It is actually written in the future about the past. Believe me when I tell you you will barely notice! The scene is Jerusalem both past and present. The question posed and one that must be ascertained by the judge is one that could either start a massive uprising or go quietly into the night. At the end of the book the author states which is factual and which is his imagination. In a way I truly hope that his conclusion is the correct one--but will we ever really know?

Father, Son, Stone was an interesting read. I had a hard time understanding what was going on at first. Once I caught on, I could not put it down and enjoyed it until the end. 4 stars.

An exciting page turner that keeps you guessing until the end. With many historical and fictional characters in different time periods, the author weaves the various story lines in short chapters that keep you reading and wondering.  An enjoyable, fast read.
