A common sense approach to the sales process, which if implemented, can only result in more sales. Easy to read, and his anecdotes of his personal selling experiences, makes the reading fun and amusing. A Book to pass around to your friends, family, and co-workers.

What a great book! Reading this book is like getting an MBA in business in a bit over an hour. Ron DeFilippo's voice comes through the pages and is a great teaching tool no matter what you are selling, cars, legal services, windows or food. I am going to make all of the lawyers and paralegals in my office read this. It is literally a road map to success in life, be it a business life, a personal life or a dating life! I highly recommend buying and reading this book! The 90-minute investment will last you a lifetime! Thanks Ron!

Informative and Inspirational! A quick read so be sure to fold corners over as you go so you can go back and review. I'd say take notes but it is so well written and enjoyable it deserves an unhindered first read.

I initially bought this book to help with the intention of understanding better the human interaction in a sale but the way the Ron DeFilippo explains it in his book goes farther beyond from what I thought. This book is not only about a sale, this book is about every day interaction that you could with the public, either as a sales person, a customer service representative or even a police officer. How you approach people and how they feel after they leave is extremely important and this book illustrates perfectly well that concept.
