I am the last child of four children. I have interest in writing books and wood working. I am a qualified Food Safety and Quality Manager. I was responsible for auditing, implementation of the food safety system and ensuring compliance to the food safety system. I have degree in Biotechnology and honors degree in Quality Management. I am a South African born and live with my family (wife and daughter).
