This is a poetic story about life in America that was written on the heels of one of the country's most pivotal moments in time...When the hour of trouble seemed to never end. When all hope seemed doomed. There arose out of the people a pride and strength that nobody realized had been there until then...The people rose up as one people to fight for justice and liberty as never before. And this poem was born!
