Fruitful Chaos

These are the poems I wrote from some of my darkest moments, my struggles with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, alcoholism, drugs, suicidal thoughts...pain.

But I fought through it all. I took my brokenness and turned it into art. And I'm sharing these words to let you know you aren't alone. Whatever you are going through, you can overcome it... your chaos can always be fruitful.
