I spoke too soon. Why would an author try to ride on the tail coats of The Fast and Furious Franchise. I am so disapointed. I loved their last series. This one, about the car theft ring, is just horribly written and contrived beyond any simbolnce of reality. The characters are flat and unrealistic. The plot betrays the amount, or lack there of, of research/ thought put into its development. It is almost as if they watched a Fast and Furious and thought to themselves "ohhh, I can do that" and popped out 3 books in one week. I don't believe that the same person was the lead on this series and the first series. Very disapointing. I really liked the other ghost writer producing under this moniker.
