About the Author

I live in Dallas with my daughter, three cats, and four chickens. As a single parent, I struggle to instill in my daughter an acceptable understanding of hierarchy and her juvenile position in society. She has a fiery love of freedom and independence, and she flares into self-defense when these are challenged.
