About the Author

Elizabeth (Libby) Swonson was born and raised in Tennessee. The second child of four girls and having a military career father made growing up full of adventure in the places they lived. Her first marriage lasted for 32 years, ending in divorce. She will gladly tell you the marriage may have failed but the union wasn't a failure because she received 4 beautiful, loving children from that union. Today Libby has eight grandchildren whom she completely adores. She truly enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. They have a lot of laughter and joy to share when they all gather. Her family is her life and priority.
Traveling/site seeing is her favorite pastime, especially on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson. She tells anyone who asks about riding a motorcycle that this is the only way to see America the Beautiful. When she’s not traveling, she loves making her home a place where people feel warm and welcomed and loves decorating to achieve that feeling. She also enjoys being around people, entertaining and cooking for them. Reading has always been a big part of her leisure time and now writing has consumed much of that time. It was a talent she didn’t discover until later in life when a friend challenged her to write a story of her life; thus, Glamour Down the Toilet was born. Finding beauty where ever her feet lead her, she resides in the red rock desert of southern Utah with her husband, Michael.
