Grace and Elegance
Of all that is human in this universe I believe that a ballerina expressing the dance is the most graceful and elegant of all human expression. When I had the opportunity to photograph an accomplished ballerina 1 achieved the dream of a lifetime . Herein are the results of our time together in studio. For those who have an interest the cameras used in this project were a Nikon D800e digital camera and a Nikon F5 - 35mm SLR shooting Kodak TMAX iso 100 monochrome film and Kodak Ektar iso 100 color film. This is a photography book; it does not explain or attempt to teach you about photography. One of the greatest pleasures about photography is experimenting to see if the image you capture resembles the image you had in your mind when you took it.
This volume contains more than 150 images. Future volumes may contain a few more or a few less depending upon final digital size. I sincerely hope you enjoy the images within.
