This Greek-Latin Parallel text of the New Testament is based on the Greek Testament edited by Johann Leusden, and the Latin New Testament edited by Benito Arias Montano (also referred to as Montanus). Montano was a sixteenth-century orientalist who is best known as the editor of the 'Antwerp Polyglot'. The Montano Latin edition is not the same as Jerome's Vulgate.
